Elaf Bakkah Hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, 1. Worst service 2. Worst Food 3. Terrible Reception 4. Terrible washroom and AC. We booked this hotel from 18th to 21st October. The first thing - Checkin - It took them an hour just to checkin 2. room card renewal- You have to come everyday to renew your room lock card 3. Room Service- Even after two days they didn’t give any water, didn’t change bedsheet. I repeatedly personally visited the reception and the receptionist are rude and arrogant they wont listen to you. At night my family was thirsty and we asked water repeatedly but they didn’t give. (forget room service) you wont get basic things. checkout- Even after asking for luggage assistance repeatedly they didnt provide- We had to bring our luggage ourself. Very Bad hotel, very bad and rude staff.

The Hotel and the services were very nice. The main plus point is that it is 2 mins bus ride to Haram. The house keeping staff and other staff- all were very nice. You get wheel chair assistance that you can take back to Haram and keep at your disposal. Overall excellent.. I would highly recommend this at this price and the quality.

This hotel is near to harm 1.5 kilometer and the shuttle service is available every 2 minutes staff was good net and clean hotel wash room size is small.

I booked the room on make my trip. Receptionist is good man. I checked at 1 am the room i got is a handicapped room. Unfortunately not working in a/c and not coffee mugs. The room i booked did not provide any contact details for the hotel, meaning reception & rooms service numbers i went downstairs from the room and went to the reception and told them. Then, an hour and a half later, not in bathtawel

Very good to stay in this hotel. Shuttle bus also available for transfer the people to ha-ram mosques for prayer.

The hotel is behind the haram and has good access to gate 17 (al salam) the shuttles are quick and available, crowded during prayer times, elf bakka specific shuttle is #130. Doing um-rah regularly i think this route and access is much less crowded and convenient for pilgrims, it may seem far but when you factor in the quick shuttle it is far less to walk than if you stay in ajyad mifalah ibrahim khalil etc. The hotel management is good, the folks on the reception speak english and the shops, restaurants are in very close vicinity. I’d choose this area mahbas-jinn and elf bakkah all over again.

The hotel is good in general, the worst thing there is Wi-Fi, it's always separated, I hope they see a solution is the time

Location is good as per rate ( bus service 24x7, room was dirty but cleaning staff was good, reception staff not good does not respond good.

Location is little far from haram, but shuttle bus is there every 10 min. It may take only 5 min to recharge haram
