Not matching international standard in service
We recently stayed here during our Umrah in a Deluxe room with Partial Haram view. The room is spacious and very well maintained. However, the reception is unworthy of a 5-star hotel, especially in city like . The reception staff is unwelcoming disrespectful, doesn’t even greet guests, and doesn’t make eye contact. In such a huge 5 star hotel you will find only one staff at reception and we have to wait for our turn which is so for an international standard hotel. Also the numbers you dial for any assistance from the room goes unattended. The call to reception was unattended every time i reached out to them. For everything or any request I have to dial house keeping which is so annoying. Though the rooms are well maintained and it is near to Haram Sharief I strongly don’t recommend this hotel because of the guests with no attention towards them.

coupleAll was good except the toilets. I felt they have been ignored. The showers were not good. If this can be looked it definitely deserves a 5star.
