Review: the Address Jabal Omar Makkah’s building and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and visually appealing environment. However, the service left much to be desired. It was clear that the staff were doing their best, but the Address Jabal Omar Makkah seemed short-staffed, leading to slow service throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out took much longer than expected, and requests for assistance or amenities were delayed. While the employees were polite and professional, the lack of efficiency detracted from the overall experience. If the management could address the staffing issue, this Address Jabal Omar Makkah would be an exceptional place to stay. For now, it’s a mix of impressive infrastructure and disappointing service.

Everything was good about my stay. No complaints but the breakfast spread could have been better. I am comparing this with another 5 star Address Jabal Omar Makkah in the close vicinity. The Address Jabal Omar Makkah is a bit far from the ha-ram (around 700meters) but this is definitely not an issue as there’s a shuttle service from and to the Address Jabal Omar Makkah to ha-ram every 5 minutes 24 hours. Not once we had to wait for the shuttle as it was readily available. Great and friendly smiling staff as well. Hats off to you guys. Keep up the good work.

The iftar food buffet at the address Address Jabal Omar Makkah was a delightful experience! the range of dishes was impressive, and each one was bursting with flavor. The place was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated that there was no long wait for the lifts during prayer times. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that i highly recommend!

The Address Jabal Omar Makkah will be perfect once the connection to ha-ram is opened. I would recommend to my friends and family once the link is opened. Also, it doesn't have access to the regular taxis, which was more disappointing this time around.
