• location of the Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah was perfect • regarding the food i didn’t eat in Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah • facilities was not that much no sofa in the room and the elevator was too slow and they informed me that they have maintenance on the elevator and not all of them working • there is no view

Property ia good but needs design overhaul renovation . It has become too old to just paint and claim renovated. Furniture is old. Plus even after booking in advance months before mentioning for kids still rooms were not giver on same floor

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah. Room and bathroom were spacious, neat and clean, with good amenities. Service was good and prompt. Excellent breakfast spread. Polite and helpful staff at all levels.

Loved the stay here, it is 3 mins walks and very close to al masjid an-nabawi. The Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah overall is worth staying. Will always be on my list of Sofitel Shahd Al Madinahs whenever i am visiting next.
