Haram

The location is excellent and close to the Haram and Al-Baqi. The furniture is a bit old and there is a smell of cigarettes in the room. The breakfast is varied and the food is very good.

An average hotel only room spacious for 4 ppl. Little far from haram and old furniture sockets etc. If you’re getting deals then okay otherwise prefer similar hotel nearby.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!

One of the nearest hotels from masjide nabwi, easy to reach easy to locate specially for those who are not much familiar with saudi arabia, for elderly people too could feel relieved, easily go to the masjid as much they want.

The reception and staff were all very professional and were eager to please. Mr muhammad at reception was most kind and helpful and even accommodated an extra bed for my child. I was really grateful for that. The buffet restaurant had a very big selection of delicious meals. A special mention to mr ham-mad who was very professional and friendly and accommodating. I cannot find fault with the hotel staff i encountered at reception, the porter, the concierge and the restaurant staff. However, i feel obliged to mention that the hotel itself is in a poor condition. The rooms are very dated and are in need of desperate renovation. The bathroom was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and facilities could be improved. The location was fantastic and the hotel if renovated would be the ideal hotel to book

The rooms are very spacious. But it's a old property. You have to ask for adaptor for charging as the sockets are very old. Good location and value for money.

Just another hotel in Medina. Not Movenpick standard. Location was decent but little far ladies and gents too but outside food was just behind the bridge. They didn't clean the room for the 3 days that we stayed.
