Hotel is old, for breakfast- huge rush & options are not very tasty Location is nice & close to masjid

Room ambience need to be overhaul like replace analog ac control with latest digital AC control, centralized water heating is missing, WC need replacement not upto mark.

terrible service and didn't have rooms together even though rooms were empty hotel staff were not giving service on time

Services was on an average; not well maintained, power sockets was coming out; upon reaching the reception they didn’t had my details, receptionist asked me to go to one of the floor to visit their reservation office to get the details instead to calling their own office, personally went there and grabbed the details, came back to reception and showed him the details; booked double room and they gave triple room; our room could be accessed from the other room too, had to call the Maintainance to lock the door, they came multiple times and looked for the key and finally locked the access from other room

reat location, big room and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, Tripp answered any questions we had and directed us to where we wanted to go. For house keeping services we had to follow up for several times. Also, mugs were sent along with restaurant cutlery but the mgmt asked us to pay for missing mugs which I later clarified and they apologised for the same but they should have checked with their internal teams before asking guests to pay!

Very nice hotel with near to haram. 300 mtrs to the gate near by women prayer area. Only issue was lifts little busy during prayer time. Nearby shopping and restaurants

hotel was quite good, location was perfect if you are able to walk for 5min to enter Haram. hotel services from check in to check out was simple, fast and quite clear.

I payed a huge amount for a room with 5 beds but the rooms are old, not giving a feel of a 4 star hotel. It feels like bed space or something. The breakfast could be improved a lot. The bathtub had stains and when you shower, the water flows on the floor, there is no proper separation. The property needs some proper upgrade to make it an actual 4 star. I’ll give it less than 4 stars. However, the staff is very helpful and professional.

Great stay, check-in was super fast and room service was also very quick. Will definitely consider the same hotel for next time

The stay experience was amazing. All the staff were very welcoming and they gave us a free upgrade. The room had uhud mountain view. We had opted for breakfast only package. There were lots of options to choose from. The food was delicious (as per indian taste. Highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip.
