Hayah Plaza Hotel

Terrible experience! Would never suggest a good stay in this hotel!! Blanket feels like they have given us the used ones.

The best thing about this Hotel is that it is literally it is 100 meters away from the Haram. Next to it there is Lulu Hypermarket, Mall, Departmental Store, Retails and every other amenity. Prices arr of course high due to location proximity. Now regarding Hotel, it’s a massive 400 room Hotel with 12 Elevator, round clock service, reasonably neat room. Don’t expect daily change of toiletary, you need to request them. We were 8 people and stayed in 2 x quadruple bed sharing squeezed in. Each room gets 2 towel, so even if you stay with strangers expect sharing towel. No hygiene factor. Ensure you get your Toothbrush and Paste as that is also not something you will get. The coffee/tea station is not renewed daily. We stayed 3 nights and paid for each night equally same charges but they did not provide anything. Upon asking house keeping they said, “whatever you got - thats it, nothing more. Maybe we can replace towels, nothing else”. So, if you don’t want to walk too much or pay hefty premium 5 star charges, it is reasonably okay hotel as you can imagine there are lots pf pilgrimage coming in daily basis and between checkin and check out you literally get 2 hours, so imagine how much of cleaning is expected.

The room was not what I booked. Washroom water pressure so extremely low. Couldn’t take proper shower No telephone to contact reception

It's really good service and very clean room. It's very near from Haram. Strongly recommended stay here

No phone no calling bell no clean it is not like 4 star hotel no complientry water also worst service

I am stay hear my experience is not satisfied not good room average resipsonist ladies are not good beavers
