Very welcoming team, especially the lady at the front desk. Rooms was clean and neat and interconnected rooms were given for a family. The location is a plus point, right across haram. Will definitely book again!

Certain standard is expected from brands like hilton, hence we stay in such properties and pay the premium. Must say it lived up to it. It's a good clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, and the best part is, it's very close to masjidan nabawi. The food buffet was also diverse and elaborated to suit wide variety of people from all over the world. I am a vegetarian and on certain restricted diet. Some one like me too had options on the buffet. Over all a good experience, i enjoyed the stay.

Poor house keeping staff and when clean the rooms with dirty clothes bathroom has mal positioned hand shower face towel hanging so low that touches ground as handle is positioned low

I went with my family. We had 4 rooms. It is just in-front for prophet Mohammed Mosque. Location is very nice and staff at hotel were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay not so great. Cleanliness good. Room were spacious. I really recommended to stay their.
