Lift is very slow building is old. And you have to wait for 20 mins during peak prayer time to get down. Building needs to be revamped.

Except for the location, the rooms, food, water force in the rest room, the internet frequently disconnects, the air conditioning cooling is very bad, (Room No 1420), even after the remainder is not rectified.

Good rooms, great location, awesome food. We stayed here for 2 nights. Location is just outside 328 and 329 gate number.

This hotel is very good near and clean and room services guys were md. Zamzam and Sajid maih both were always on the floor to help us. I was staying in Room no.715. This hotel it’s next to haram gate number 330. For ladies they can get inside from door number 16 and 17 and for men it’s door no. 18.

Great location. Just next to gate 330. Convenient to ladies. Men’s also it is very convenient. Easy accessible.

Food location services facilities and receptionist everything is very good

Hotel is big but no service even than no room services no water rooms are very small lifts are very slow waiting time in lift is 35 minute over all very bad experience
