Good Hotel, nice experience they allowed late check-in as well and room was clean and well maintained...

I booked a double bed room and checked in late because of my flight. I had paid well in advance however, after the room was allocated they gave me twin bed room despite booking and paying for double bed room. Upon questioning they refused to give me double bed stating hotel is overbooked, sheer lie. My other colleague also faced same issue and was allocated double bed upon 30mins of argument with the staff. Terrible ! Unfortunately, I had to use the twin room

I had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Hotel Jeddah! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah.

Food and location was good facilities everything was good except the quality of the pillows placed in the rooms

Right from the moment of check in to checkout it was excellent. Reception staffs were polite and greet with smile. Room size was small however everything was properly organised and very clean. Though bathroom accessories found missing house keeping staffs arranged everything quickly , staffs were very good in communication and I don't have to repeat anything.

I recently stayed at the ibis jeddah and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and business district.

The hotel was at very good location. Check in and check out was very smooth. Hotel staff was excellent and speak good english. Bell boy mr padam can speak hindi too. Overall stay was very good, rooms are quite big and neat n clean. Looks like they have renovated all the rooms. Indian veg breakfast has very limited option (1-2 items) which make little disappointment. Kailash parvat pure veg restaurant is very near from hotel. Khobar sea front / corniche is very near. Overall 5 / 5 ratings.

It is a very nice hotel. The check in and check out was very smooth. Special mention of one of their staff at check in counter fahad. He was very generous and polite. I was there early and he allowed me to check in early without paying extra. The food was good, room was great, and the gym is far better than any other 4 star hotel i have stayed till now. Yeah i would definitely recommend them to add few more vegetarian options as people like me find it difficult to have good food options.

Check in delayed a bit but otherwise great hospitality all around! stayed in room 308, the amenities offered are very useful, staff is amazing, cleaning on point, mr rum-an khan was our cleaning guy and he did a top notch job!
