Review: My experience at Sunday Emerald was extremely poor and far below expectations. Right from the beginning, the welcome was unprofessional and unpleasant – there was no warmth or hospitality shown at check-in. To make things worse, the security staff were sitting and smoking in the guest lobby, which is highly unacceptable and left a very bad impression. The overall maintenance of the property is also very disappointing. The bathroom was in a terrible condition – unclean and badly maintained. The rooms did not feel fresh or comfortable, and nothing about the stay reflected even basic standards of service. I booked this property hoping for a comfortable and pleasant experience, but it turned out to be the opposite. From poor hygiene to unprofessional staff behavior, everything about my stay was a letdown. I would strongly recommend MMT to review this property thoroughly, as it does not match the expectations or trust that guests place while booking through the platform. Definitely not recommended – I will not be choosing this property again.
