Very disappointing stay in a supposed 4 star Hotel.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in recently. They didn’t even provide basic amenities like water bottles—we had to follow up 3–4 times just to get two small 300 ml bottles per day. When we asked for more, the reception told us to collect them from the restaurant. The room was not clean, especially the washroom. The service overall was very poor. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the TV wasn’t even a smart TV and the remote was a duplicate. I stayed for a week and even requested a room change, but they wanted to charge extra for it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
