Hotel reception staff are polite care very much. Concierge head mr. Abdul ha-meed talk politely and move us smoothly while check in and check out. F&b head mr. Abdul ghani al ghnadi take care of us well and very politely. F&b service mr. Ridhan look all the guest well. Once again over all service in InterContinental Dar Al Hijra Madinah is very good and recommend for all.

Though I was having on line booking and reached there at 1530 hours but they took about 1 and a half hours to hand over the room keys. They should be prompt and should have more sitting arrangement for the guests forced to wait and some complimentary drink also required to be served.
