Excellent location of hotel very close to haram. Breakfast is delicious with so many items and options for every age group. Services are excellent; whatever you demand, they provide with a smile. Very good stay for me and my family.

Hotel reception staff are polite care very much. Concierge head mr. Abdul ha-meed talk politely and move us smoothly while check in and check out. F&b head mr. Abdul ghani al ghnadi take care of us well and very politely. F&b service mr. Ridhan look all the guest well. Once again over all service in hotel is very good and recommend for all.

The stay was very good. The service is excellent and outstanding.

Food - average location - excellent facilities - average service - very poor comfort - very poor. Property is under renovation now so expect to listen to hammering to the walls during the stay

Reception is no good. Overall not worthy to money. But room boys are nice. Friendly and helping.

Very bad experience with hotel staff. Can't even bring water to room after several call. Ladies entrance is near if you want to do ziyarat it's too far from room. Better my advice to take room near to side of the haram or near to gate 1 entrance (near entrance of the green dome)

Though I was having on line booking and reached there at 1530 hours but they took about 1 and a half hours to hand over the room keys. They should be prompt and should have more sitting arrangement for the guests forced to wait and some complimentary drink also required to be served.
