Not a good room or a cordial service

Tap had issue inspite of informing it was not addressed. Door lock had an issue , bathroom didn’t had a ventilation leading to smell post bathroom usage . Staffs were not very cordial and didn’t understand how people have traveled from various countries . Only Reema at the reception was good .

Crowne plaza madinah hotel is very close to the masjid which is very good but the service is not good. We were there for 2 nights but our room was not serviced. Then, we requested them to service the room and they still did not service it which was very disappointing.
