They were always ready to assist with a smile. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the room was always in perfect order. It was the best experience of my life, sleeping looking at masjid e nabawi as my room was haram view apart from that front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and ammenities very just average. Morning breakfast was average like everywhere and the manager caters to only special guests not everyone which was very not acceptable
