Amazing stay stayed here for 3 nights 3 mins from ha-ram walking distance there are couple of shops and food outlets near by

At the time of check in they told the rooms are fully booked, but they made booking in another hotel which was emaar al manar hotel for us which was lilo far away from this hotel but the hotel was good and very spacious room with 4 bed. Overall good experience

The experience was too terrible. We booked a 230+ sq-ft room for 3 people and they gave us a very small room like half the size we booked, also we were suppose to have 3 twinbeds but instead we got 3 single beds. Hotel rooms had bad smell and cleaning service was not regular and unreliable.

Best property in given price with great location. Its al most 700 meter away from ha-ram and located on ibrahim khalil road which gives a direct access to gate 79 of ha-ram to approach mataff.

Wash room are very small & room not cleaning daily basis. Please correct room services and room cleaning services

Good hotel to stay in blessed city of mecca. The hotel staff was very helpful. We lost our baggage before check-in they helped us track it back and handed over the baggages safely.

Stay was very good. It was above the expectation. My father and mother both have enjoyed at this hotel. Its very nearby the masjid Haram. Next time we will use this service again inshallah.

There was no towels in the room

The hotel facilities are not suitable. The bed is very small. There is no wifi in the rooms. The hotel is not worth this price per night. Most of the things are worn out.
