Elaf Ajyad Hotel

Good Stay.Just 10-15 mins walk from masjid al Haram. Decent room and good room service. Overall a good place to stay. Apart from this good connectivity near the bus stand and taxi stand. I will also recommend hotel breakfast which is value for money.

Cleaning service is very good, sometimes water and Wi-Fi not coming. They are responding very fastly.

I didn’t stay there first i got checking issues after solving that they give me a room without lock system even they are jot ready to lessen me so its my first bad experience make mytrip also i took videos and i shared to make my trip team

Location is okay but the bathroom is old and dirty. Wifi is not working.

Both the hotel as well as the makemytrip staff were unorganised, unprofessional. They denied checkin at the last moment and refused to provide any help

Hotel is on the hill and the shuttle service for the hill is available between 12pm - 8pm only. Recess

Bathroom and products were not good at all, hotel room doors were not good overall experience was not good. Not at all suitable for family.

Hotel elf ajyad is situated on hill and not convenient to go out and again come back. Secondly it needs renovation, the rooms are good, but the beds are not up to date. Wash room needs to be renovated. Wifi service not proper. Food is not having variety. Therefore if no good & better hotel is available then only one can think about stay at elf ajyad.

Elaf Ajyad Hotel was a disappointing choice. Although it’s technically close to the Haram, the location is far from convenient due to a steep 70-degree hill, and the gulf buggy is almost never available. The room itself was poorly maintained—the bathtub had stains and an unpleasant odor, the door lock didn’t work properly, and the carpet was stained and smelled musty, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.To make things worse, the WiFi was extremely slow, making it hard to stay connected.

My parents couldn’t stay there since it’s difficult to reach kabba for praying, and they tried to cancel the booking but the hotel didn’t accept so they left for day one and they booked another hotel

The room was cleaned, but the carpet was old, dirty, and unsafe for children. The furnishings were outdated, the toilet seat was in poor condition, some tiles were loose, and the shower seat leaked and didn’t work properly. Although wi-fi was connected, the speed was much slower compared to the reception area. I would rate this room a 1 out of 10. It falls below normal standards and doesn’t meet even basic amenities. Despite being listed as a 3-star accommodation on the booking portal, it did not live up to expectations. 26/10/2024

The best hotel in Mecca for families very near to Kaaba

Excellent staff friendly and hotel is walking distance to alharam Best for families and groups. We were happy with our stay.

I’m really sorry to leave bad comments here but this is my experience because I almost collapsed and miss the train to madina because of the facility, we have some troubles at the last day of our stay: 1. The electricity city was off since 6 AM untill we check out @08:00 AM. 2. They never change our bed sheet, bed cover and they never clean our room, they never replace the towel😢. 3. At the last day of our stay I almost collapsed because the lift was not working so I have to carry all my big luggages and my 2 kids from 10th floor to G floor, and we almost missed the train because spending a lot of time taking all my luggages UP and DOWN. Wallah Im really sorry if I leave this comments like this but this happen to me and my family.
