Nine Hotel

rooms very small.Air conditioner not working properly in rooms.service is poor.Bathrooms are broken.laundry service not available

I stayed in room 208 which was moved to 302 Very bad experience , one black lady at reception she must learn guest service skills how to deal with guests and how to talk politely, she was rude enough, Ac was not working, even they gave another room situation was same , breakfast was amazing and also the person who delivered food was so good. I can score this propety 1/10

location good, food quality is good but quantity is not for 1 person we have to order 1 more, service also good all staff very supportable because all staff know me. last 4 year I m booking nine hotel, neat and clean room,

My recent one-night stay at the hotel was a decent experience, especially considering the affordable price. The room was okay, and cleanliness was maintained well, which I appreciated as I’m highly allergic to dust. The curtains were spotless, and the overall hygiene met my expectations. A standout feature was the availability of power banks on each floor, which was very convenient. However, the window view was disappointing, facing bachelor hostels and residences. The noise from outside was noticeable, especially over the weekend, but it was somewhat understandable. The staff, though, were exceptional—friendly, respectful, and made the stay pleasant. Overall, a good experience for the price!

Overall, it’s an okay choice if you need a place to stay, but don’t expect anything special. If you find a good deal, it’s worth considering, but there are likely better options in the area.

Room and cleanliness was v good just one thing wich is dirsturb me , the sounds from the road sodes . I like to suggest nine hotel that Rooms should be sound proof Thanks 😊

The room was small with no ventilation or window . The bathroom was extrmely bad

I did not checked in as the room pictures were completely different from what was offered. Infact the room size was very very conjusted. The hotel also did not upgrade the room despite giving the details.

The room was a little tiny, but okay. And Cleanliness was good. But a bad smell is there in the room. And they should check the bedsheets for stains. Overall it is good for the money, And the night club is also good

This hotel is totally a bullshit i was not given water and towels on requesting multiple times and the management was so unproffessional and bad behaviour by the bell boy the washroom was so terrible there was no soap or showergel and this hotel is ok for short time fun the bed was smelling and the windows were not openable and no ventilation it caused me to checkout early in morning because of suffocation

No one should stay in this hotel, I had a very bad experience, the AC was not working, there were bugs in the bed, and the toilet was very dirty.

Hotel is near to airport and metro, except that nothing is great about the stay. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as mentioned in mmt

An Average stay for Business trips. Clean and neet rooms. Staff also friendly. Too loud sound from down stairs, disturbing for a good sleep

I had to checkout earlier than the date . Room stinks .. broken beds -bathroom .. the noice from the dance bar shakes the room and you can’t get sleep . Staff is rude .. AVOID this hotel at any cost
