I had an amazing time, property is very chill and calm. Food is amazing and affordable. I stayed here for more than a week and I did not face any problems. Housekeeping is cleaning the room every day. I'm getting my dream every day. It's a good experience to live in the Holiday Inn. Especially it's good for students living or studying in the knowledge Park, I think this is the best and safest and most convenient option to live in the Holiday Inn.

I am book the Holiday Inn on the Spot from MakeMyTrip and it was seamless. They allowed me entry within 15 to 20 minutes and they are very considered. I get water bottles in my room every day. The cleaning guy cleans the room every day and it is a very good experience. It is very close to the knowledge Park internet city in the middle of internet city and overall the experience living in Holiday Inn is very good. You get a complimentary food and the variety of the food is very good.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Dubai – Internet City and had an absolutely pleasant experience. The hotel is ideally located in a prime business and leisure area, making it super convenient for both work meetings and sightseeing around the city. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained with all the essential amenities you’d expect from a reliable international hotel chain. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job every day. The complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive – a great variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruits, bakery items, and good coffee to start the day. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional – always ready with a smile. Another big plus was the free high-speed Wi-Fi. It’s also just a short ride to popular areas like Dubai Marina, JBR, and Mall of the Emirates. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai whether for business or leisure. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable, and backed by excellent service. Will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Dubai!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Had stayed here from 14th to 16th of April 2025. Hotel need to improve upon housekeeping and need give more services at 500 AED for one night stay. Better to stay at four star hotel in Bur or Deira at half the price this hotel is offering.

The stay at holiday inn was good. The housekeeping and the breakfast spread was nice as well. The hotel location is bit far from city centre but its managable.

I emailed 10x asking to change my dates or get a refund and i was just ignored i didn’t stay on these days and you basically stole my money because i had emailed over and over trying to change dates ! you are thieves

My room is 115 and it was average carpet was dirty washroom looks very old no view from my room they provide a television that was very old and couldn't connect to internet but the price for these facility it was too high i won't recommend this hotel in internet city to any one of me it's average
