Dusit Princess Residences - Dubai Marina

The property location is good.. but the staff and service is not upto the dusit standard no receptionist after 7 and no receptionist. Had called 3 times for towel but wast provided. The property is old and worn out

Location is great. Service is ok. Rated as 5 start but no 5 star service. No cleaning everyday. Garbage pickup daily only. No packaged water daily.

Not a 5 star property, but Location- 5 out of 5, marina view 3bhk has amazing view, Service- 3 out of 5- stayed 4 nights, no room cleaning done, only garbage pickup daily that to did not happen 2 days, only 2 500ml water given in 4 days. There is a supermarket down, all things available and very useful. Marina walk near by. Good place for other places to reach.

Mmt voucher mentions daily housekeeping . They did not do any housekeeping only every 3 days and if we submit request then only they remove trash and put towels . After spending so much this is not the service we expect . Water also they give 2 bottle once . Pathetic experience and poor rooms Front office executive very rude

There was false fire alarm and ww all were out from the building and it take 2 hrs to stop

Location is very good. Lot of indian food delivery is available near by. Carrefour is just next to it and metro location is also very convenient.

The staff is nit cooperative the provide every 3 days cleaning service and even they don’t provide water also

Location is good. Stay and amenities were good. But housekeeping is poor. Cleaning done once in three days and you need to ask for it. Even towel change is done only when you demand multiple times. Drinking water is not free. You need to pay for it.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Also having the powder room in a one bedroom apt was very convenient

That grumpy receptionist named vicky exhibited zero hospitality! she said no to every request we made. Never ever coming back.

Good hotel apartment. Good location. Happy with overall experience.
