DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Residences Dubai Al Barsha

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at doubletree hilton albarsha. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping and cleanliness was up to the mark

The property is very good, had taken a 2 bhk apartment, well maintained property also the staff and maintenance team is very prompt. Location is superb, with Mall of Emirates just walking distance. The property is centrally located to all tourist attractions. A lot of Indian food options just walking distance from the hotel. Had a great stay

Hey, listen to this. We had the worst experience ever! first, the room was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled so bad! then, this unprofessional lady came to clean our room while we were sleeping. She just unlocked the door and walked right in! can you believe that? and get this, the maintenance guy came in. He didn't even knock! he just unlocked the door and came in. I was so shocked! my wife got sick because the room was so dirty. It was a terrible experience.

Good location in al barsha. Very close to mall of the emirates. Close to indian restaurants as well. Al barsha is however a bit away from dubai mall, burj khalifa but close to dubai marina. All in all, good if getting this cheap. 4 star property. 2 room apartment is worth it. Also clean and well maintained

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast spread

overall experience was good...we had booked appartment and it was quite spacious with all facilities like kitchen, fully automatic washing machine. Their bathroom has bathtub and that is the only bathing area ..no other space for bathing. If anyone does not want bathtub then it's a challenge. Breakfast was good with all indian and other cuisines ..overall good experience

While i booked the hotel it shows dinner buffet. Once we reach we checked with reception she confirmed that dinner and breakfast is buffet but at the time of dinner when we reached it was not buffet at all they give us a menu, which contains only 4 items as starter, 10-11 items as main but we only have to choose 1-1 item from starter and main course. In the starter they have egg omelette, spring roll, chicken nuggets and fish item. So we selected muggets and spring roll it was taste less and its evening snacks how can you give this starter in dinner. Then in main course they have arabic dish we order 1 pizza and oriental chicken it was same dry and tasteless. We ordered rice but chicken was too dry not possible to eat so we requested for some gravu they gave us tomato sause it was too sweet. Over all if i say i am very disappointed with dinner. Room, stem and pool was too good because of these 3 things i was ok but they dont have good chef please improve this or you should have to inform that today we dont have dinner buffet then customer dont pay extra amount for dinner. Please hire different cusine chefs. They have only one arabic chef when we were there. Kindly improve your dinner management it is not good at all. 0 from my side and sorry to waste the food at night which you gave in dinner.

The property is conveniently located just behind the mall of emirates which is a 5 min walk from the hotel and this is a great plus point. There is a huge convenience store adjacent to the hotel and that is also extremely advantageous. The room sizes are decent and the buffet breakfast lay is also very nice. The staff is pretty helpful.

Very close to the mall of emirates. Amazing room with a living room and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Helpful staff especially iv-an at the front desk who allowed me an early check in.

Huge rooms with a living and bedroom set up which was perfect for us as we were 3. Good breakfast buffet and close to the mall of emirates ( 10 mins by walk.

The hotel service is too lazy and staff are adamant and ignorant, the hotel is not less than cheap hotel around it and staff don’t bothered for the guest and their genuine request, only focus is too make money whether it is water or food, the food variety here is very poor, do go for this hotel here as it is really not worth
