A hotel that’s dated and in need of a refurbishment.
Polite staff although annoying when I got locked out of my room due to my business stay being extended and the deposits having to be be repaid. All a bit unnecessary.
Rooms are ok but you can probably get better in Dubai for the same money.
JLT location is good.
Nola and Axe house in the basement are good bars - although the queue for Nola is crazy long on a Tuesday.

Very friendly service and crew, special thanks to Chef Shukrallah for the buffet presentation and description, grilled salmon was fabulous and the Pasta gratin too ... definitely I will visit you again.
Note: Bellboy and security at the door needs to work on their customer service.

Never stop in this hotel. Or at least read my story and decide whether you want to spent extra time, money and effort for nothing.

The hotel is quite nice itself and location is great. But staff and booking process in exhausting.
Apple Pay didn’t work through booking where the price was about 240 INLCUDING all the taxes. I’ve booked through their website (with design from 2000th) and payed 229 though online payment. Haven’t received any confirmation after all, but I thought it’s okay.
So when we came to hotel, they told me that they don’t have my booking and asked to wait 30 (!) minutes for some people to come and help. Then I asked for manager and the guy at the reception started to make a lot of calls and search for my booking again. So we’ve actually wasted more than 30 minutes just to find out what to do. Finally, he made booking by himself and asked for deposit of 200 AED telling me that they will give this money back in the morning when they will find my booking.
So we came to reception in the morning and asked for my deposit. There were new people who were supposed to find solution in advance, but they didn’t do anything, they actually faced this issue the first time. I had to waste another 30 minutes to explain situation to them. Then they told me that they can receive bookings from the website only after one week (hello, CRM and integrations). I told them it’s not my problem, so they started to make another bunch of calls for another 30 minutes.
Finally, they decided to tell me that the booking made by their employees last night was actually the booking they’ve just received from the website (where’s one week, guys?). After another argument they told me that they will give me deposit back but only after I pay taxes. Why there is a hidden tax, why does their website not show this and why booking.com price is much cheaper - no answers. They literally told me that they will continue to tell me the same before I pay extra, so I had to pay.
If you don’t want to waste couple of hours and extra money - didn’t go to this hotel ever.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The management is non cooperating, bad amenities, the tap in the washroom was broken, electricity come and goes. Overall horrible hotel. the worst hotel in dubai

Terrible stay and terrible exp....
Terrible!!! My credit card was debited 4 times by stupidity and impatience, ( called my bank instantly and after a lobg talj bank advised receptionust to reverse money but hotel staff refused abd I had to raise a dispute ), very slow and long check in, uncooperative staff, hotel lifts take ages to arrive, hotel was supposed to be smoke free but smoke smell and shisha"hubbly bubbly" everywhere, swimming pool dirty, no valet parking and space so small in front of hotel and need a card to access basement and one needs to wait to get it, moderate breakfast and restaurant seating is uncomfortable, and access to hotel is awkward as you have to turn around to get in and out of it.
