I'm not stay the hotel. I'm waiting for my refund or other option. Already the complaint given through the phone to your hotline number

The staff treated us well. Specially talha. The room was quite ok. Washrooms were clean. Just tv was not working

So this happened when I reached the hotel at 9 at night. Then I said to the receptionist that I have a booking with my name, but the receptionist denied that we don't have any booking under your name and it was showing error try again later. but it was my luck that I called the hotel in the morning that I am coming late at the hotel and in the morning they said that I have a confirmed booking. After few arguments the receptionist called someone and then after 20 min they provided us room. But the room was also not so clean. Cockroaches were there in the room and the carpet was wet The sofa was not clean even though the smell in the room was very bad. we don't have any other options but to stay at the hotel because it was already 10 in the night. and support was also not working so, eventually I had to stay at the hotel. All though the experience was not so good, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else who is traveling from outside of the city. And last but not the least the receptionist said that they are having this issue so many times

First of all i have paid cash there. The amount which you have deducted from my card was not there ? they cancel-led my booking!

Well maintained. Near by metro shopping centers super markets and so on.

It was a good Hotel, staff were cooperative an location was good, I recommend this Hotel to others, but suggest that tea maker and water bottle should be provided everyday

Very unhygienic, Uncleaned place. Very dim lights in the room (consider no lights). Very poor wifi.

Nice Hotel near by many restaurants

Enjoyed a lot, no any disturbance from any staff and the staff members are very keen to us. They provide us every thing which we asked to them.

Hotel location was very good. Everything was excellent.Vvalue for money.

Good place to stay they also arrange safari trip many times I was given free tea and fresh grapes.

Hussain the reception person is really nice and helpful. Also the bell boy from Bangladesh is very friendly. Nice location, close to metro, lots of shopping stores and a mall Around.
