Not for vegetarians, not many options in breakfast, location is good. amenities and services were good 👍🏻. it's ok ok..

The hotel was very basic .. with no staff in the night. Need carry your own luggage at room. The breakfast was very basic

Hotel room was not very good. Old carpets, no ventilation. Breakfast was not having enough varieties. During night time drum sounds comes. Now the positive thing is daily housekeeping, all necessary things provided, locker, location was perfect. Checkin and checkout process was easy.

Stayed here for 3 nights (deluxe queen) pros: location, very close to pataling street, china town cons: dirty stinky rooms, carpet not washed in years stains of dead bedbugs in the entire room unhygienic average breakfast not suitable for indians at all

Neat and elegant hotel in the heart of china town. Simple and practical breakfast. No facilities, but not needed since everything is a stones throw away. Shopping, eateries and beverages all less than a min away. Total vfm. Also only hotel with connecting rooms, such a blessing when travel-ling with kids

Their rooms and their service is top notch. The front desk staff is extremely polite and ready to help whenever you need anything. Totally enjoyed my stay.

They guys charge for complimentary water if you ask on more water bottle extra. They do not provide spoon if you ask them. Please do not stay here.

The hotel is located in China town, so you get mainly Chinese food inside and outside the hotel. It is walkable distance from Pasar Seni station and there are attractive locations nearby which one can cover by walking. The evening street food outside the hotel is good. Hotel room was clean and hygenic. The guest kit was good. The view from the room of 14th floor was very beautiful with an amazing KL skyline. One can smell someone smoking in adjacent rooms and also one can hear someone speaking in the adjacent rooms. Take care for that. The morning buffet breakfast is very good though it has only Chinese as options.

Really nice stay. Calm, room is clean have mini bar also, I booked online cheap rate not Worth. Sure highly recommending. Heart of China Town, near by kl tower, but it bin tang. Everywhere is walking distance and all things are available. Hotel receptionists also helpful and very supportive. 5 Elements provides all Elements for a stay and trip. Thank you.

All facility are available near thee hotel, ATM, money changer, local market and food also.
Best value for money, you can't catch any hotel in like this.

We had used the hotel for a transit one night stay. It so good for that purpose.
It was a decent hotel, but everything is self service. One has to even take their luggage to the room.
