Everything was good.Helpful staff.Clean room.Breakfast was excellent.Dinner was ok.As expected.Would love to come back.

The place is amazing, just a small feedback there was rooftop cafe but when we went to rooftop ofnour building we could not find any on kast we enquired where is the cafe so they informed its on the other building. So on the standee where the rooftop cafe is being informed near reception they should also write the building number and floor so that its easy for people to understand. Otherwise the place is good to stay as everything is nearby to the hotel in walking distance.

This is not the place if you are looking for Indian food , overall average amenities are available. The food options for Indians are not available in the breakfast also. So accordingly book this property.

The property is a great central location to go anywhere. For a solo traveller it felt like a very safe and amazing stay. The stay has everything from fitness to swimming pool which i couldn't explore because of my short stay. The staff are very warm and helpful.

The room was very small and suffocating. They charged me 10 ringgit extra while check-in quoting tax which was nowhere mentioned.

Hilton Garden Inn is a good hotel with comfortable amenities. However, the surrounding area is not as convenient compared to other locations such as Bukit Nanas, Bukit Bintang, or Raja Chulan. On the positive side, the breakfast is very good and offers a nice variety of options

Everything was up to date cleanliness ,reception service,safe and secure.Would definitely wants to refer.Only thing is you need to carry your luggage by yourself.However there is a paid check in service as well but that I think you will not get during odd hours

Experience was very bad. My check in time was 3:00pm but got the room key around 4:00 pm after many arguments. I reached the hotel by 2 pm only they didn’t responded for room availability time. They won’t even ask you for a glass of water after reaching at hotel. I don’t suggest anyone to stay at Hilton garden. Breakfast is also not upto the mark. Old washroom with damage taps.

The stay at Hilton garden was pleasant and relaxing. Had booked the hotel for two nights. The check-in was effortless, but there was no baggage assistance. They haf multiple well maintained elevators. I had booked a queen size room with city view which was pretty big and clean except the carpet. There were few stains in the carpet which was acceptable. The wardrobe was well maintained with all the basic amenities like iron box with stand, inside slippers, cloth hangers etc. Shower robe was major miss. Washroom was pretty big and clean with separate shower section. Multiple clean towels and essentials were neatly placed. Dim lights and the city view from the window was the major highlights. The swimming pool and roof top cafe is must visit spots. Lastly, due to evening flight the receptionist helped us to keep the luggage safely at the property for few hours without any trouble. Overall it was pleasant and comfortable stay at Hilton Garden Inn.

Untidy room, dirt carpets, people at reception dont respond properly and to change room they tell everybody its fully booked when not, and also no conceriage service. Its just name of hilton with basic level hotel

Good It was it was good. There was no rush to check out. Also, find it. Good you have a valley party also.
