Verdant Hill

verdant hill is a good hotel. the best thing about it is the location. it is at walking distance from all attractions as well as bukit Bintang street. so it saved us a lot of grab money. the hotel is a bit old, the rooms were decent but had only one table. it could have a little more furniture for us to fit our things. the rooms overall were clean but rooms and lobbies seemed a little old. the breakfast options were limited esp for vegetarians and the menu was the same everyday. other amenities like the pool and restaurant seemed nice. it is kid friendly and they seemed to enjoy the property. overall we had a good stay but we expected a little more for this price esp when it's rated as a 4 star.

Co-ordination of d staff was best.. cleaning is also d best.. breakfast is also good n also Indian breakfast was included n very Co-operative staff..

Hotel Verdant is located right in the heart of the city and all famous landmarks such as Petronas twin towers are quickly accessible. Breakfast had various cuisines. Indian food options were very limited but edible. But the hotel staff was courteous enough to pack breakfast for our early check out. Facilities were top notch - hair dryer, iron as well. They offered umbrellas during rainy days as well.

The Staff is sometimes rude and the breakfast buffet doesn’t have much options.

The ambience was lovely and the view from the room window was mesmerizing and a lot of comfort in the room with ample space.The restaurant had amazing breakfast and so were the staff.

The hotel location is good and near the main area of KL. Staff behaviour is excellent and very supporting.

Location was superb Rooms were clean and tidy Indian breakfast was there but same menu. If menu is changed atleast alternate day, it would be ahit.

It is an amazing hotel with all amenities and at perfect location. Also it is bery budget friendly with good breakfast buffet options

Rooms are nice. Hotel maintains cleanliness. Its location is perfect, in walking distance to almost all the major attractions. The only negative is its swimming pool. It’s good only for kids.

the service was terrible. even before the closing time they stopped the service even if you are standing over there

Hotel was ok. I found staff to be unwelcoming. Hotel has a restaurant which is more like a cafe serving limited dishes only.

Perfect location close to everything. Rooms were huge, extremely clean with all amenities..Special mention to the front office staff. Tanvir and his team were extremely helpful, pleasant. Right from helping us in extending our stay by a night, booking us a taxi and even arranging packed breakfast @ 2am - they managed everything with a smile. Kudos!

Indian type breakfast items was very less and they have taken 50ringts of tax without informing me as depsoit very bad experience

Pathetic service of the staff which was not expected at all,I booked a superior room with the bathtub and paid the appropriate cost which was given but denied at check-in by the very rude and pathetic front desk person saying that it is very expensive which is insulting,

I hate this booking, particularly in terms of hotel staff behavior, as i booked from mmt, they were treating me like i was staying for free. Highly unacceptable. Please mmt team look into this
