I stayed at Furama Kuala Lumpur for seven days with my family. Our experience had a mix of positives and areas for improvement. We were kindly given a free upgrade from a Deluxe to an Executive room, which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. However, there were some issues when we first checked in — the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and my attempts to reach housekeeping through the room phone went unanswered. I had to go down to reception to report it directly. After that, the response was excellent. Elena, the cleaning supervisor, and Al Amin, from housekeeping, personally visited our room to apologize and addressed all our concerns promptly and professionally. The next day, Elena even gave my child a dinosaur soft toy and decorated the room with dino-themed blankets and a cute rug — it made the room feel magical and my child was absolutely delighted. Al Amin also did a fantastic job with cleaning, showing great care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. On another day, a different staff member cleaned the room but didn’t make the bed or set up the kids' items, which was disappointing after such a wonderful experience the day before. Another small inconvenience was the lack of complimentary bottled water — instead, we had to refill water from a dispenser in the corridor. Also, toiletries and tea/coffee supplies were not regularly replenished, and we had to ask for them multiple times. Overall, the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang has a lot of potential, and staff like Elena and Al Amin truly stand out for their kindness and dedication. With better consistency in housekeeping and a few service improvements, this could be a fantastic place for families.

We recently stayed at this Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang with family and had a truly delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, Excellent city view of Twin tower, well-furnished, and maintained with great attention to cleanliness and comfort. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. The amenities provided — from the gym and pool to the complimentary Wi-Fi — were top-notch and added great value. The food was another highlight; lots of variety for vegetarian also and beautifully presented, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and made dining a pleasant experience. Safety and hygiene were clearly a priority —I felt completely secure within the premises. The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang also had efficient security staff and a responsive front desk team, always ready to help with a smile. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, assisting promptly with any requests or information needed. Overall, this Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang perfectly balances comfort, luxury, and hospitality, it’s an ideal place to relax. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It has good proximity to various famous places to visit

Nice Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang with cooperative staff .. nice location near to almost all tourist attraction la near by like Petronas Twin tower, KL tower, Bukit Bintang Pavilion etc. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean washrooms. I got 2 Television one in sitting room and one in bedroom.. I’ve opted for booking with morning breakfast which includes a vast varieties of dishes including Indian foods. Overall a nice Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang to stay.

The rooms were clean and well managed, overall experience with the property is good. It's located near all main city attractions and markets. The breakfast buffet experience could be improved, it's a big Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang and the buffet area is a bit small to accommodate so many guests at once. It's difficult to find a table during the breakfast buffet. Overall the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is very good.

Soo first when I entered into the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang staffs were soo kind and soo responsive. The service was fabulous. Coming to room, it was so amazing then I expected, with the amazing city view. Food was so delicious and was so tempted to eat. And what else to say it was an amazing experience

The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is a bit dated but is still being maintained well. Great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. Very easy check-in and checkout process. The breakfast spread had local, continental and Indian options.

The stay, food and amenities are good, could be enhanced by maintaining room and wash room a bit more as it's old look and old feel is quite apparent. Steamed Indian rice could be added in menu. Overall experience is good. Thank you.
