Good hotel and staffs. Had a comfortable stay overall. Hotel located in ideal location and every attractions are just walkable within 1.5 kms. Few things were not in working condition and should have been checked before assigning the room like hot water kettle, health faucet in toilet and few sockets. Otherwise its great hotel with all amenities. KL Tower is just across the road Patronas Tower is just 850 meters Chinatown 2kms Other most popular restaurants, bars and cafes are just in the same lane of hotel. 24/7 reception

hotel is located in centre of city. Bukit Nana's mono rail is in 2 mins walking distance. we had stayed at deluxe studio room with kitchen and basic cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Roomis spacious ,perfect for 2 adults and a toddler.. KL tower is just a blink away. Service providers are very polite soft spoken cooperative . swimming pool site is an attraction as well. No hidden charges, no rush phone calls during check out time . I just loved this hotel.

The hotel is very old. We checked in to the room and AC was not working. When we complained the maintenance guy told us that the AC is not working but told the reception that it’s working. The manager came and checked and then gave us another room. In that room also AC was not working. When we asked for another room he said that everyone has a different perception of temperature. Finally we got a room where AC was working. In the first room the housekeeping person rang the bell 2-3 times and within 10 seconds barged into the room. This is unacceptable invasion of privacy. The ACs in all rooms make a terrible noise. Stay away from this property if you want peace of mind and a peaceful night of sleep.

The property was not as expected in that price range . The property attendant (lady receptionist) behaviour was a bit awkward. Not even a proper place to refill water . Also the room was clumsy and toilet were stinging as no exhaust was working .

Property location is perfect and you can visit tourist spot like twin tower, kl tower by walking. Kl central railway station is near to the hotel. They provide microwave and induction cooker and refrigerator so you can cook own food also. Swimming pool is also good. One super market is also there in the opposite of this hotel. Behavior of the staffs are also good. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Our stay at Oasia Suites was nothing less than awesome. The property is centrally located and is within a walking distance from all the prime attractions of KL. The hotel is very well maintained and has a tight security. It also has a in-house restaurant. Besides, the staff is very courteous and also allowed us to check-in early for an additional amount. All-in-all a very good option to stay in the heart of KL.
