Grand Mercure Kualu Lumpur

We had a great stay at Swiss-Garden right at the cusp of its transition to Grand Mercure. Check-in was a breeze and Mr. Faez was extremely helpful, even though it was well past midnight. Excellent location. Room was excellent and the housekeeping staff need to be applauded for the same. The only reason I give it a 4 is because there were no options in the property to refill water once the given mineral water bottles were used up. A much recommended option right in the heart of KL's CBD.

The hotel is under renovation, it means they don’t have any use of swimming pool, gym or anything and on top of that we were given 5th floor and renovation work was going on 6th floor from which we couldn’t even sleep because of the banging noise all day. Worst ever hotel who took full prize and provided nothing.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are decent and comfortable. Room service is good. I liked the stay and it is worth the amount I paid. 7/11 and couple of other stores are across the road which makes it very convenient. There is an A2B restaurant nearby so it is good for people who need vegetarian food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, there’s no room service available after 9 P.M., which is extremely inconvenient, especially for travelers arriving late or families with small babies wanting a simple meal or snack at night. On top of that, they only provide two water bottles per day, and refuse to serve any more even if requested. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected better hospitality and basic amenities to be available around the clock. Would not recommend staying here.

It was very well connected to public transport and all happening and landmarks are with in walking distance. Breakfast was too good

The stay was so comfortable and safe. The location added to the convenience for able to reach everything by walk. The morning breakfast-was so good and the reception made us feel freetown eat more. Overall experience was poor, from the start the concierge did not help with the luggage, we had to take our own luggage to the room, although we had considerable luggage. Being a family we had booked 2 rooms, the rooms were allocated in 2 corners of the corridor. They kept saying we were full, but when i tried booking 7 rooms from makemytrip it was showing rooms were available. Requested for an additional blanket (as i was not well) which the then receptionist mouzambil denied on the face, saying they had only one blanket per room. Will not recommend to one one, family individuals only thing good about the hotel is the location.

A decent stay across the centre of kl. Took two rooms and the staff was very helpful. The main highlight is its location. Plus breakfast was good. My parents loved the breakfast spread. Highly recommended

It’s was good but indian breakfast has limited options

The hotel is located in the heart of the city but the food tastes average and room is average. Room maintenance not good. During my stay i have to call multiple times the maintenance team for multiple issues in the room
