We had a great stay at Swiss-Garden right at the cusp of its transition to Grand Mercure. Check-in was a breeze and Mr. Faez was extremely helpful, even though it was well past midnight. Excellent location. Room was excellent and the housekeeping staff need to be applauded for the same. The only reason I give it a 4 is because there were no options in the property to refill water once the given mineral water bottles were used up. A much recommended option right in the heart of KL's CBD.

The stay was so comfortable and safe. The location added to the convenience for able to reach everything by walk. The morning breakfast-was so good and the reception made us feel freetown eat more. Thanks to the kitchen chef who spoke to us with great care and inquired our needs. The location of this Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur is amazing. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are decent and comfortable. Room service is good. I liked the stay and it is worth the amount I paid. 7/11 and couple of other stores are across the road which makes it very convenient. There is an A2B restaurant nearby so it is good for people who need vegetarian food.

A decent stay across the centre of kl. Took two rooms and the staff was very helpful. The main highlight is its location. Plus breakfast was good. My parents loved the breakfast spread. Highly recommended
