Pathetic Experience in this hotel no ine is professional here they even charge for water Breakfast was not at all good

Overall property looks good! However the room we checked in had lot of issues, lights & intercom wasn't working, bathroom wasn't clean properly. daily housekeeping was disappointing they just would give you hand towels until you request them same is the case with toilet paper, tissues etc. For breakfast they 2-3 items veg options as compared to non-veg options. they don't even refill the salad if its over even if you ask them to do so. their bedsheets & beds weren't clean due to which we had rashes on our body if your are some1 with sensitive skin & or have children please try to avoid or carry a bedsheet.

Hotel accommodation good complimentary breakfast was good some issue in room toilet and swimming pool also very good

This is a very old property and has not been maintained. It is not even close to the mail attractions of the city. There are much better options available in the city at equivalent price.

Property location good nearest station is Medan tunaku . All major attraction are nearby . For vegetarian hotel Alibaba is with in 50m. Hotel breakfast was ok with poori and sabji for vegetarian and non veg also good variety. We did not get time to explore other amenities. Hotel service was also good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable .

Foul smelling room/ bathroom…high price room…worst breakfast…never fall in this trap. Bathroom was very bad.

Location is good since it is close to kl towers, morning breakfast is average. The service of the hotel is bad you need to remind them of room cleaning it will get done if you are lucky.

Nice hotel nice service feel good and everyone can stay here. Nice rooms but small only 2persons can stay freely in one room we taken 3adults they given like 2persons remaining all good

We had a great family vacation in kuala lumpur based out of the grand continental hotel. The room was great and the service was prompt and courteous. In spire of the christmas holiday rush, their services did not falter. I will definitely recommend a stay here.

Location of the hotel is too good very hygiene clean and friendly staffs. Highly recommended for family holidays.
