Overall property looks good! However the room we checked in had lot of issues, lights & intercom wasn't working, bathroom wasn't clean properly. daily housekeeping was disappointing they just would give you hand towels until you request them same is the case with toilet paper, tissues etc. For breakfast they 2-3 items veg options as compared to non-veg options. they don't even refill the salad if its over even if you ask them to do so. their bedsheets & beds weren't clean due to which we had rashes on our body if your are some1 with sensitive skin & or have children please try to avoid or carry a bedsheet.

Property location good nearest station is Medan tunaku . All major attraction are nearby . For vegetarian hotel Alibaba is with in 50m. Hotel breakfast was ok with poori and sabji for vegetarian and non veg also good variety. We did not get time to explore other amenities. Hotel service was also good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable .
