Wonderful stay for four nights, with nice breakfast speed as well comfortable room, hygienic and good service and conduct by the hotel staff.highly recommended....

Food is nice. Good options available. Close to the site seeing area. Staff was good and very corporative.

Sheraton club rooms are really nice and they really take care of you in the club lounge so it is totally worth it.

The Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a well-maintained 5-star property with clean rooms and excellent overall aesthetics. However, for vegetarians, the dining experience is quite disappointing, especially during breakfast. The options for vegetarians are extremely limited, and the South Indian chef, though skilled at preparing plain dosa, couldn’t even offer a masala dosa. This lack of variety and focus on vegetarian needs is a significant downside for a hotel of this caliber. Upon requesting vegetarian food, I was directed to a separate vegetarian restaurant, Chola Restaurant, located on the second floor. While it serves 100% vegetarian food and the dishes were tasty, it operates independently of the hotel, charges separately, is a bit pricey, and only opens after 12 PM. For pure vegetarians, especially during breakfast, this arrangement is inconvenient and far from ideal. While the property’s ambiance and cleanliness meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel, the lack of proper vegetarian options is a glaring oversight that the management should address. The management should consider hiring a North Indian chef who can prepare a variety of both South and North Indian vegetarian dishes to cater to a wider audience. This would greatly enhance the experience for vegetarian guests who currently face significant inconvenience.

The infrastructure was good but the service to the property was very bad for a 5 star luxe property. In case you want something at the room, it would take 30-40 mins to get a normal spoon as well. Technically it is not a 5 star property from a service standpoint plus the food at the buffet was very bad too.

Hotel is near in city but no view of twin towers all big buildings cover recpection staff are rude

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a mixed experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it easy for us to explore the city, and the view from our room was fabulous. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. However, the service left something to be desired. While the staff was generally polite, the housekeeping was subpar. We found a sock in the room that wasn’t ours, and the towels weren’t changed daily. The bathroom also wasn’t cleaned every day, which was disappointing. We’re not sure about the hotel’s housekeeping policies, but we’ve had better service at other sheraton properties. Overall, the stay was decent, but the warmth and attention to detail were missing.

I stayed at sheraton imperial hotel kuala lumpur recently. I would want to say it's just the best. Loved the hotel, loved the view from the room ( facing kl tower ) amazing breakfast buffet, very hospitable staff. Would recommend it ! great place to stay !

I stayed for 3 nights with family at sheraton. Very convenient location. Good spacious clean rooms with tower views. At checkin connecting rooms were occupied but staff made it available for 3rd night. Only missing thing is kids pool.

Stay was very comfortable. Front desk people were very friendly & helpful. Overall good experience but to make it great they need to improve breakfast. Indian food was average.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite quill mall on jalan sultan ismail. Another mall, so-go is next door. A monorail station (medan tuanku) is also right next to the hotel. Check in was smooth, we asked for a higher floor and a city view and we got a room on the 29th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant (essence) has a cheerful ambience. There is great choice available for breakfast, including indian authentic breakfast everyday. We had stayed here for two nights. Although this is a cheaper property, it is great value for money with an old-fashioned vibe (the hotel was built around 40 years back ). The concierge desk is pretty helpful. Anwar the manager is efficient and friendly. We wanted to see putrajaya, and he quickly arranged a spacious car for us.

I wouldn’t rate this sheraton property as good. Firstly, in-room service was never quick, min waiting time is 1 hr. There are many options for breakfast but at any time you go it is all finished, so you can only have good bakery items with coffee. By the time, the counters are re filled the breakfast time is over. During my 3n stay, couldn’t enjoy a filling breakfast, better to find a cafe nearby. However, location is the only good part that is worth spending money here.

Property’ location is good with monorail station at walking distance. However, property itself was a bit of a let down as aircon in our room was not working properly, toiletries were not put when we checked in, we had to ask for it. Bed sheet had some stains. Food was okay, we only had breakfast here included in our booking.

All was good, they take a deposit of 200 rm per day which was not mentioned on the site at the time of booking. Rest everything was good. Staff is polite and helpful as well. The hotel is in the heart of the city nearby to all the main attractions.

Breakfast need to improve

Location was excellent, well connected to the lrt, mrt courtesy of staff was excellent at breakfast and ac-cross the hotel room view, size and cleanliness was as depicted while booking and as expected breakfast was well laid out but not the best spread given the star of the hotel. Also local vegetarian options could have been more. Was limited to the indian section (which served the same everyday day. Staff at restaurant was welcoming and very courteous right through. While it was stated the hotel will collect 10myr per night per room, found it odd no receipt was given for the same overall we had a wonderful stay. Very well located near the central district and well connected by the mart also.
