Dorsett Hotels has been one of the best Dorsett Kuala Lumpurs I have stayed at in a long time. I have been travelling for a while, this was my first SOLO trip and they made the entire stay feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, tidy & well done up. The staff was courteous, food was amazing. They were available to help round the clock and I absolutely would keep coming back to Dorsett, everytime I am in Kuala Lumpur next. It’s also located in a great locality, extremely safe to walk around even at 1 am. All the major spots are around the corner and walk-able distance. Everything from Petronas Twin Towers to Petaling Jalan, Central Market, Berjaya Time Square, Chowkit Wet Market & major other site seeing areas are about 10-15 mins away. Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor street are a stones throw away and takes barely anytime to walk up there. Bukit Bintang street was the highlight as it has malls on either sides. Farhenite & Pavallion with all the top brands, apart from that some amazing restaurants as well as great seafood. A small flea market with one of its kind finds, juices and refreshing Kombucha. I would recommend them 100/10 if visiting Kuala Lumpur, specially because this Dorsett Kuala Lumpur is a steal deal for the budget friendly options they offer and the hospitality that they provide. Being from the same industry I can say, they for sure are the best in business I have come across so far.

Stay at dorsett Dorsett Kuala Lumpur was nice and comfortable. Good swimming pool and breakfast options. Pavilion mall is near at a walking distance. Easily you can get grab taxi from the Dorsett Kuala Lumpur lobby itself. Few points which could have improved out experience 1. There was no view available from family rooms. You can view another tower in front of your window which was not good. 2. Breakfast option for vegetarian was very less.

Great stay , good cleanliness and hygiene but felt kind of discriminating towards Indians , not in offensive way but White skinned people were treated much better (eg: welcome drink and Smile at Front desk not given to indians).

Superb location, good food options nearby, pool was clean and good room. Only issue was that steam room was Paid which ideally should be free and comes under Dorsett Kuala Lumpur facility .

Only Problems for veg food

The rooms were very good. There was nothing in the veg breakfast inside the Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. If an Indian comes, he faces a lot of difficulty in having breakfast because there is no Indian restaurant nearby.
