Dorsett Kuala Lumpur

The location was good. However hotel did not live upto 4 star standard. There was no water in room, no one explained amenities.

The location and hospitality were very nice. Breakfast has more varieties and its taste is awesome

Had a pleasant stay at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choices, and the location is ideal — just a short walk to Pavilion Mall. Other major attractions like KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers are also nearby.

It was a nice experience, room was good and comfortable. the main highlight was the breakfast. enjoyed our stay, will book again.

So dorsett is a nice hotel. Near bukit bintang. Nice big Rooms. Staff is good. So it basically a building and not a proper hotel. A spa, gym and a pool thats it. The breakfast is not good for Indians. I never experienced such a usless Veg menu. The samosa were mixed with the chicken nuggets. So for me its a 3 star.

We had a pretty comfortable stay at Dorsett.... The room was clean with all the required amenities..The staff were very polite and courteous as well.

Great stay , good cleanliness and hygiene but felt kind of discriminating towards Indians , not in offensive way but White skinned people were treated much better (eg: welcome drink and Smile at Front desk not given to indians).

Dorsett Hotels has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I have been travelling for a while, this was my first SOLO trip and they made the entire stay feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, tidy & well done up. The staff was courteous, food was amazing. They were available to help round the clock and I absolutely would keep coming back to Dorsett, everytime I am in Kuala Lumpur next. It’s also located in a great locality, extremely safe to walk around even at 1 am. All the major spots are around the corner and walk-able distance. Everything from Petronas Twin Towers to Petaling Jalan, Central Market, Berjaya Time Square, Chowkit Wet Market & major other site seeing areas are about 10-15 mins away. Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor street are a stones throw away and takes barely anytime to walk up there. Bukit Bintang street was the highlight as it has malls on either sides. Farhenite & Pavallion with all the top brands, apart from that some amazing restaurants as well as great seafood. A small flea market with one of its kind finds, juices and refreshing Kombucha. I would recommend them 100/10 if visiting Kuala Lumpur, specially because this hotel is a steal deal for the budget friendly options they offer and the hospitality that they provide. Being from the same industry I can say, they for sure are the best in business I have come across so far.

Excellent suite with in budget in kulalumpur. You can directly choose this hotel without verifying any other

Superb location, good food options nearby, pool was clean and good room. Only issue was that steam room was Paid which ideally should be free and comes under hotel facility .

During my stay I found that staff behaviour was not good towards with me when I ask where. Is the golf access for me which was writen in my tickets they say they don't have golf they never pick call from room , tv has very limited channels although some people were good there but still I was not feeling happy at that place

Stay at dorsett hotel was nice and comfortable. Good swimming pool and breakfast options. Pavilion mall is near at a walking distance. Easily you can get grab taxi from the hotel lobby itself. Few points which could have improved out experience 1. There was no view available from family rooms. You can view another tower in front of your window which was not good. 2. Breakfast option for vegetarian was very less.

veg food is not available our experience is good but food is a major problem,so I request you pls arrange veg food

The rooms were very good. There was nothing in the veg breakfast inside the hotel. If an Indian comes, he faces a lot of difficulty in having breakfast because there is no Indian restaurant nearby.

I am fully satisfied staying in this hotel because of its cleanliness, location and excellent breakfast with wide varieties and nice swimming pool. I like to stay in future and recommend my friends and others to stay

The hotel is very clean hygiene, the rooms are decently spacious. Loved the breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close major attractions.
