Superb location, next to KL Sentral metro station. Very convenient to travel to & fro from Airport. Adjacent to Mall and local market - good food and shopping options on a walkable distance. Property is very nice, ambience is good, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Gym and Swimming pool services are good. Staff is polite and humble. Overall very good experience

The hotel rooms very spacious and comfortable.. although a bit away from business area, it was connected to Airport Train Station and the Sentral mall which made it a good location for attending events at the hotel itself. However the food was not that great, we were disappointed by the limited menu and mediocre taste of the Italian Restaurant… the Japanese Restaurant was had good ambience and ok food!

I had a great experience staying at hilton, kuala lumpur. The property, hospitality and facilities were just amazing.

I stayed in the hotel for three days. Overall the rooms are okay, with all the facilities being there. Comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. There are some small works here and there. To be finished which i informed at the reception. But all in all, i will rate the room experience 4 out of 5. Food- i must say. I liked the variety of food that they have and also the taste of the food. Being from india, i wanted to taste some good indian food. And i could easily get that in the restaurant at the ground level. The ambiance was also very pleasant and the staff is very courteous. They also provide information proactively in case you need anything. It took me around one hour to reach the hotel from airport. Though the swimming pool who was under maintenance? the structure is really good. It looks very scenic at night.

Rude staff and not at all value for money. Stayed at far better properties for better price deal. Only good thing was the breakfast spread.

stayed at Hilton for a week with family on a vacation. The Hotel is located at the heart of KL is simply magnificient with a massive and grand reception, great view from our 13th floor room, amazing 5 star hospitality, one of the best swimming pools and great food. The hotel is closer to all the major tourist attractions and right next the MRT and KLIA which makes easy to move around KL. we had a truly memorable stay and would love to come back! 😃

I reached the hotel at around 6 and was told that my booking is cancel-led by my travel agent, make my trip may be due to failure in payment where as i paid through my account and it was still showing confirmed and payment was done more than 2 weeks. I had to wait for more than an hour and was asked to make payment for the room again. Or else book a room in some other hotel. This was a mere harassment and quite embarrassing in front of other guests. Finally they reconfirmed and i was given a room which was good. But the experience was already bitter

We had a truly wonderful experience at hilt-on kl. Our maiden international trip was made all the more special and memorable, thanks to their excellent service. Shout out to mahesh for being such a huge help with our unwieldy luggage. Will recommend a stay here without any hesitation! thanks again!

It’s centrally located and secent hotel. Nice pool and lounge to relax. The hotel is one of the oldest in city and you could feel the same in the room. Services were top notch and overall experience great!

Hilton kl is great with excellent location, beautiful view and impeccable service. It was value for money and wonderful memory. I will revisit the hotel in the future and tell my friends to visit also. Thanks

Love the location as one can take a train from the airport and walk to the hotel. From the check in to the room, in room dining and restaurant, staff was excellent. Room was a little small but designed very well. Excellent place. Will surely be back
