Nice hotel. Location walking distance from petronas Tower. Lovely terrace pool with senic view. Good staff.

The property’s location was amazing, very close to many tourist spots. The room room service was excellent and food was amazing with a variety of cuisines! Thank you very much!

When I booked Ibis I was hoping for atleast a 4 star experience but unfortunately I didn’t feel that at all, the room was small, the bath room as really small as a result. There was no proper cupboard to keep our clothes. The hotel stay specially the receptionist didn’t feel welcoming or were slightly hesitant about our water bottle requests. And just the overall vibe didnt match

The place is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend IBIS Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It's walkable to Petronas, which is very helpful.

This property is good and has nice ambience and facilities. The property is located in prime location with multiple cafes and restaurants just across the road , including 1 indian restaurant. We reached the hotel around 3-4 hours early, the staff manager wanted us to pay just for early checkin which was unacceptable. We tried to bargain, but she was adamant.

This is wrost place to stay on Kuala Lumpur city Center. The staffs were very aggressive and lack basic Customer service . You have to stand in a long queue to check in - as if your in a bus stand . There is only one person handling your booking and check in. They simply say others are on a break - even during peak hrs . After getting your room key - who have to check yourself in with all your luggage. The breakfast staff were very rude and literally chase you out 10 mins before the closing time . You ask for just a cup of tea - they say not available. The food tasted horrible and they won’t refill the buffet even after you request them. The rooms very small and lack basic toiletries . The staffs had no smile and were not customer friendly. The lobby had rubbish everywhere - no won’t bother to clean. Even if you ask them basic questions like distance to airport and cab booking . They won’t respond politely. The entrance to your room is like finding a maze and confusing. The swimming pool is small and had no staffs. The guard chase guest away from smoking outside the hotel parking lot. The value for money is totally horrible .

Stay was comfortable, Rooms were good but no room service, No glasses in room except two mugs. Only two small water bottles for two members.

Rooms are good but the staff is very rude specially the one who called herself the Manager. Disgusting experience with regards to staff. At reception when you ask for water they clearly say we don't have water here. The staff of a famous Hotel Chain not even provide you water at reception. Pathetic Hotel room is good, location is quite good as the hotel is at near one of the main attractions of kuala lumpur which is Twin Tower. But the as far as the staff is concerned, terrible staff behaviour and very rood behaviour

Loved the stay. Location was amazing. Great view. Couldn't see Petronas but it had a lovely view. Decent size room and easy to check in. Had a great experience.

The room was poorly lit, and reaching the reception by phone was a frustrating experience — no one answered despite repeated attempts. Requesting room service was also a challenge, requiring multiple follow-ups. If you're paying for breakfast separately, be prepared for confusion, as the rates differ for walk-ins versus pre-bookings, and the process isn’t clearly communicated. Drinking water provided in the room was insufficient, and even basic amenities had to be requested multiple times. The best hotel with best staff and breakfast near to twin tower and has the best environment even has restaurant in front of its gate.
