Resorts World Awana

The location is away from Genting Highlands, and the staff is also not cooperative. language is a big hurdle

My stay at Resorts World Awana was a pleasant experience. The room, though compact, was clean and tastefully decorated with orchids. We received a small welcome kit upon arrival, though my wife felt it could have been a bit more thoughtfully curated. We stayed in a Club Suite on one of the top floors (likely the 29th), and the view from our room was truly spectacular. Since we stayed in a Club Suite, we were entitled to a complimentary afternoon tea experience, which was truly delightful. The included breakfast service was also excellent. The hotel features three on-site restaurants, a small gym, a nature walk, and a variety of other activities to enjoy. Every corner of the ground floor was beautifully designed, offering a true taste of luxury. We were left in awe. Notably, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services to popular tourist attractions.

The stay was extremely great and the view from the top floor was spectacular. The room was very spacious, clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the cable car station. Really had an amazing experience.

The property is good, rooms are clean and good, but no option of food for vegetarians. Few staffs carry an attitude and are least bothered to assist and help once the booking is done, they have nothing to do with guest

The room / property is old but functional. A good place to stay if you only want a bed to crash in the night

Good location. Good hotel. Not a posh hotel but good decent facilities. We checked in very late but the receptionist was still very communicative and explained us the property well. Unfortunately the bell boys were not available and we had to carry the bags to the room on our own but that's ok. Bathroom needs a upgrade. The locks are very old and the shower leaks.

Best resort in genting highlands. The service is too good, food is nice, they have a very big swimming pool, a good golf course. You can stay there for 2 to 3 days and relax your weekend with your family.

Best part is location shuttle service whole the day for genting highland only indian veg food is not here rest all good clean huge rooms with balcony

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The kids loved the pool with the slide. It is a well maintained property.

If you are looking for an affordable stay-in genting highlands go for it, there is a free bus service ride to the cable station from where you can go to skyworld using a gondola. Note: you can stay in sky world theme park hotel itself if you only want to enjoy the theme park

Everyone should book this hotel, just the best one with a awesome price. Everywhere just clouds.

Outside the room there were so many mosquitoes and we were a bit of scared and i requested in reception to change the room but they didn’t changed it so kindly i an requesting you to change the room by today

Rooms are good but very minimum amenities. Overall stay was good. View from room was awesome

Location is too far away from genting highlands. Need to take grab or taxi for travel. Very rarely free shuttle service to the cable car station. Hygienic and safety standards are great.
