We have booked king size bed but received queen side bed

It was good experience. Location Views Nature - all beautiful. Efficient polite client friendly staff. All cuisines along with Indian cuisine is available nearby. Its Easily approachable. Its big hotel having v good number of Rooms. The size of room is also good depending upon the variations in categories of rooms. Parking space is quite good and accessible.

Our stay at Swiss Hotel Garden & Residences was fairly average, and we felt the service didn’t quite match the price point. The room was neat and clean, but the bathroom was quite small. The towels provided were of subpar quality, and we also experienced some clogging issues in the bathroom. On a positive note, the included breakfast was good, and all major attractions in Genting Highlands were within a short driving distance from the property.

It was really good. Location was Good and the rooftop pool was really awesome. The staff behavior was also good.

Average facilities, food is not good. No wifi, not recommended for stay. Very bad experience at the hotel

We paid the price of the hotel on make my trip and when we arrived, we were told we need to pay some extra in taxes and for king size bed, which option wasn’t available online. Rooms are smelly and so are the bathrooms. We asked for a normal shower cap and they asked to pay. Any thing we ask, the only Answer we get is extra charge. Definitely a thumbs down.

Property is good. Location is ok. 15 kms far from the happening place. No vegetarian food available at the hotel and nearby. If u are looking for completely good pure vegetarian, don't book this hotel. I checked in the hotel at 7 pm where no bell boy was available. I checked out at 10 am next day and no bell boy. Carried my luggage by myself. Used the washing machine inside and whole water came from it inside the room. No maintenance staff after 7 pm. No help. Reception staff was not courteous. No greeting at all. No smile on their face.

Though it's called as hotel except for lobby nd restaurant i ve felt was staying in a 2 bhk rented apartment only not having an so called " star hotel" experience. It was nothing but better version of air bnb not at all star hotel experience at all

Hotel and rooms are very good. Only disappointment is no indian restaurants near by as described in the make my trip webpage.

There is no internet and the it person is on leave according to them wifi speed is 2 mbps, not suitable for working professionals

Hotel is just like a service appartment and has lot of noise from people moving around. Very difficult to get transport and no food options in in hotel.

Hotel is good but bit far from genting skyworld. There is no vegiterian indian restaurant near by. We asked for crockery i. E. Plates and bowls they were asking rental for the crockery. But they have provided us disposal. Overall experience is good. Nyc property.

One of the pathetic properties. The hotel has a standard policy of saying no to everything whether you ask for towels, toiliteries, room cleaning or an empty glass.

Location was ok but it is very difficult to find a grab. There are shops and restaurants nearby but indian food is not available

Comfortable and neat stay with good views and everything in proximity. Highly recommended.

Went to awana got taxi by hotel nearby are so many resturants and all swimmingpool high floor hotel provided me on request happy

Location is pretty far from sky-world theme park and lit of building construction is going on around this property, constant noise doesnt let one sleep

Services are very bad they asked money small items and breakfast was very poor no airport transfers seriously i recommend my friends to not stay here

No hot water except shower. Poor service. No phone received. Food quality poor. No fore x facilities etc
