Best hotel in kuala lumpur and i will recommend to everyone .infinity pool was outstanding and the view is spectacular.

Positives: The rooms are large and spacious with stunning views. Being closer to the twin towers was a plus. Negatives: Early check in was a nightmare, ideally don't book an overnight flight because they will not be able to provide rooms. Extra water is chargeable and there is no water dispenser for a refill. The common washroom at the ground floor was unimaginably filthy. Overall: Average stay but good rooms. It is not a hotel but Service Apartments++. Would recommend to skip this if you want a 5-star hotel experience. Book only for the great views of the city.

Good hotel but rude receptionist! Slow servicing and not very good buffet breakfast quality. Swimming pool was not operational one entire day apparently for maintaince which is unacceptable

Honestly, there’s no need to visit the Petronas or KL Tower for a city view—you’ll get a stunning one right from the pool. The location is perfect for exploring KL, and the staff are polite and friendly, adding to the overall comfort. A few points to note: The lobby often feels overcrowded. Early check-in is unlikely, and the security deposit is on the higher side. Vegetarians may find limited options, especially at breakfast. The lift service is the weakest link in an otherwise excellent property. Overall, a wonderful place to rejuvenate in Kuala Lumpur. A big YES for your stay!

Infinite pool view amazing also city view in our room and they provided kitchen in room so we cook anything

I would describe my stay in one simple word I.e. "Amazing". It is a great property, new super clean, and very near to The Petronas Twin Towers. Above all it has an infinity pool at the top which has a great view.

Room was excellent with all facilities

The best part is it’s very close to twin tower and very close by to most of the attractions , grocery stores are close by 24/7 . Make sure to book only in face style as there are other private bookings also available there . Swimming pool is the best in class

Excellent hotel. Huge rooms. Fantastic location. It's close to all the major attractions. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the room service timings which is usually in the evenings.

First of all, its not a 5 star hotel, its just some residential building, with reception and pool. Rooms are not soundproof, so its impossible to sleep at night. Cleaning is disaster, no hygiene. They have a pool at 51 floor, but its always overcrowded and looks very dirty like its filters are not working. Long waiting time for elevators and it has no ventilation, so u have to bare all kind of smell. No indian food at the property, and very limited options overall. Only plus thing there is room size thats it, but rest of things are terrible. Avoid this hotel!

Employees of the hotel were not welcoming especially one at the reception and the one cleaning the room. The cleaning of the room was not done properly and we had to call them many them to resquet towels as they were providing only one by person. Hotels is crowded difficult to enjoy the pool which does not look very clean. The room does not match expectation. Very disappointed although the view at the pool is amazing and hotel is well located
