Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur

We recently stayed at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Although we checked in late in the night the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive ,and made us feel comfortable. My room was spotless, spacious, though room lighting could have been better. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. Breakfast was good with cuisines from for most nationalities. Little India counter had vegetarian food options which were good. The breakfast restaurant Warissan was good. The location was perfect— just right in KLCC .Overall, the hotel is recommended for a relaxing stay.

Location was very good walk able distance to many places like twin towers and food street. Vegetarian food was not that great no much option for it though hotel has more Indian guests Property is good rooms were clean but bathropes weren't provided. So experience in hotel was average bt ya good i can say.

Room and ambience was good but check was very time taking although no que was there Overall experience was good 😊

I stayed at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur two nights in July 12-13 2025. The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were friendly, and the food was very tasty. We had a good time. However, the rooms need some fixing and updating. The furniture and other things in the room were a bit old. It would be better if the rooms were renovated. Other than that it's a very good hotel in the main city

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a huge letdown on every front. The building is old and clearly in desperate need of renovation—non functional washroom amenities , outdated furniture, and a generally run-down appearance made for a very uncomfortable environment. The food quality was equally poor. Meals were bland, cold, and lacked freshness. I had higher expectations but this was far below standard. Service was unprofessional and disorganized. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, and even basic requests were met with indifference or delay. Hospitality was practically non-existent—there was no warmth or effort to make guests feel welcome. Overall, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This hotel does not offer value for money and made my stay far more stressful than it should have been.

The stay was very good including amenities and food.

Got an upgraded room. Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast buffet was good with indian food also available. courteous staff. location very good

Good experience stay

Very nice hotel good ambience rooms are large and nice location is also well connected and walk away distance from bukit bintang. Breakfast was limited but to our taste over all good experience and worth revisit

It was a great experience, staff was really helpful and skilled ! i was gifted with a complimentary cheese cake because of my birthday! it was a memorable experience ! they are doing great job ! much recommended!

Had booked a twin delux room, they gave me a lower category room saying they can only provide what has booked. Bathroom had a drainage problem and hooks were broken. Food was very ordinary with hardly any choice for Indians and vegetarians. After 2 bottles of water they charge 9 MYR (₹190-200) per bottle. Old 32 inch TV but No TV channels to watch. The hotel looks good but the service is pathetic and they don’t even have a weighing machine for the luggage. It’s hardly a 3 star Hotel but claims to be a 5 star.

Hotel is very big and good but the food is very limited. They can improve a lot in lunch and dinner food items. No bar facilities in such a good hotel. That’s very disappointing. Overall experience is good.

Nice and pleasant infrastructure andnthe view from the view is awesome. It was bit leggy on the reception board(felt it needs to be handled care properly. We enjoyed our stay completely at royal e chulan

I had an amazing stay at the royal chulan hotel. Location is very good with just 5 mins walk to the pavilion mall. The breakfast spread is very good with a lot of options. Rooms are very large.

Right in the middle of the city center. Its a top notch location in kl with easy access across the city. Nice and big property with a nice buffet and pool. They need to in-prove on their rooms air conditioning. Our all 3 rooms were facing the same cooling issue.

The stay was truly great. The room was brilliant. But the swimming pool seemed a bit unclean. Amenities could have been better, like jacuzzi for example.

Property is very old from inside, changed rooms as ac was making noise, breakfast was not at all good, crowd here was not good- not recommended at all.

The staff is not friendly and cooperating. While check in they were so rude with us otherwise property is amazing but it’s not staff friendly.

Very poor. First they started with that i don’t have a booking! then said i cannot come in before 3 pm while my booking was from previous day. The finally when they allotted me room. The key won’t work for the room. The food is bad. So if possible don’t stay here ever
