I stayed at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur two nights in July 12-13 2025. The The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur was very welcoming. The staff were friendly, and the food was very tasty. We had a good time. However, the rooms need some fixing and updating. The furniture and other things in the room were a bit old. It would be better if the rooms were renovated. Other than that it's a very good The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the main city

Right in the middle of the city center. Its a top notch location in kl with easy access across the city. Nice and big property with a nice buffet and pool. They need to in-prove on their rooms air conditioning. Our all 3 rooms were facing the same cooling issue.

The stay was truly great. The room was brilliant. But the swimming pool seemed a bit unclean. Amenities could have been better, like jacuzzi for example.

I had an amazing stay at the royal chulan The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Location is very good with just 5 mins walk to the pavilion mall. The breakfast spread is very good with a lot of options. Rooms are very large.
