Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Prime area for better communication, very near to Twintowers. Rooms are bit old but well maintained, great water pressure in bathroom and bathtub. Enjoyed the room service. Only disappointment I did not gee the better view or high tower floor, it was just decent 14th floor 😅.

Hotel location is good but ambiance at hotel is very bad also hotel has less staff to manage.

Very good location and comfortable stay, however washrooms can be made better. Th hotel is undergoing renovation and should be better after that.

The property is good and the location is the best part...walkable distance to the petronas and other shopping malls and restaurants...breakfast was poor and tasteless and even less spread...

The stay is amazing and the location of the property is very good like it's it's quite literally in front of the twin towers. So that way it's very good. The location is amazing and the food also decent. I thought we could have a little more of vegetarian options , but apart from that the hospitality and the overall experience with the hotel, Maya was extremely good.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Maya. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The front desk team was especially polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which made check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a relaxing environment. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping service — they did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and fresh each day. The staff’s attention to detail and friendly attitude made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Hotel Maya to others

"Our stay at Hotel Maya was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location was also perfect, close to Petronas Twin Towards and many restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast buffet. We highly recommend Hotel Maya and will definitely be back!"

Property location is okiesh as we have Graveyard view from our Room, The staff on desk was good but the trolley guy was judging with the skin color it was rude

Rooms very higenic , staff were too good. it’s located in centre of city, where you can travel each an every corner.

The hotel is under renovation. Don’t book until they complete the renovation. No service at all. No water in room.TV not working.

Food: Hardly any vegetarian items were in the buffet; all we had was bread, butter, and paratha, the "ready to cook" format available in the market. They charge 45 RM for an adult breakfast; (900 INR for this food) 🤣 Room: The bathroom door had a faulty lock. To correct it, the staff removed the whole lock leaving a big hole in the door and never repaired it back during our stay. We selected a king bed while booking because we had a small child, but we never received one. Instead, the beds were pushed together in the center of the room and joined together to make it a king bed. Room cleaning did not have a fixed time; they may arrive at any time of the day. Once, I asked the staff member to give me 5 minutes after he entered the room; he rudely responded, "Why did you call me in?" and never returned that day to clean the room.

Very nice stay. Close to places which we want to visit. All staff at hotel maya are very welcoming and helpful.

Bad hotels. No spa. Thief’s at the entrance, Felt disappointed with food also. Lift also is spoilt
