The location of the property was good and the property was well secured and guarded well, making me feel safe and comfortable. The cleanliness of the entire property was excellent and seemed well maintained all the time.

Location is very good between the city and very close to all major attractions. Rooms need renovation as many things are not working like telephone, door bell, some taps in bathroom. Food is not available for the vegetarian people. But there are restaurants just out the building for vegetarians. Room was stinking very much when i emtered, ac was not working. Have to call for room service to make ac work. Overall good for decent stay.

E&o residences is located in a posh, peaceful area in kuala lumpur yet walking distance to bulk-it bintang, kl tower, petronas and the dancing fountains, etc. Super clean and modern service apartment with friendly staff and a few eateries, grocery, and coffee shop - sanfransisco coffee - attached to the premises. Super stay.

A nice secured place. Very well maintained. All staff are good. Nice view of kl tower from the room. Good location. Very much satisfied with the stay.

Great place to live in kuala lumpur one side twin tower one side minara every night can see a great lighthings show from home i hope i will visit again their staff and reception wow can't forget this trip bcoz just e & o in2minutes walk monorail and bus stop market and things near home thank u make my trip to book this hotel for me

The property is at a great location and well constructed. However, service remains a lot to be desired. The staff lost our entire luggage upon check in and we had to resort to police to recover.

Me and my family had gone for vacation and stayed at e&o from 3 rd to 7 th july. Property is at good location and is luxurious however our experience wasn't that great. First day ac was not working. Finally after spending the night in heat we changed the room the other night. Second night room ac was fine but shower had issues. The hotel kitchen area needs maintainanace. It was dirty the cabin-ate light fell on my head the first night ! we complaint all this but no one bothered to reply. not at all bothered on customer service. Sad to see such approach. Overall will not recommend this place due to maintainanace. May better hotels available for this high a price in same area. Also in future will have to think twice before making bookings

The room was really spacious and very comfortable for 5 adults and a child. Swimming pool is good and all facilities in the room worked well. Housekeeping is really slow to replenish the bathroom essentials so need to keep following up.

The location and the accommodation is nice. The provisions are good for a long stay. However non availability of smoking rooms and additional 200 my r deposit which then takes up to a month to return back to my account is a drawback. Service for the bar is pretty good and staff is quick in resolving concerns. Thanks deepak

At first it was located in pretty decent place. The Ambiance was great and the suite rooms were the best and maintained in perfect way. The swimming pool was fabulous. I prefer for my next vacations with E&O Residence. Best place to stay.

Good location and very very spacious and luxury stay in Kuala Lumpur. Only default thing is breakfast is worst.

Our room was at 23rd floor which had a very good view to the KL tower. Hotel is located at a very good location. Staff is very cooperative. Weak point is breakfast does not have options for vegetarians. Overall the hotel and facilities is good for family.

It was a convenient 2 bedroom suite in the heart of kl.
