Close to Petronas towers, spacious rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet. The downside is that the don't have their own Element Kuala Lumpur by Westin transport. They do offer airport transfer for a fee, but the service is outsourced. The car for our pick-up was a bit shabby from inside, but the car that dropped us to the airport was good. Also, don't exchange currency at the Element Kuala Lumpur by Westin, the rate is not good. 5 min fron the Element Kuala Lumpur by Westin, is the Ampang park LRT, as soon as you get down the escalator, you'll find a money changer which offers a good rate. All malls offer that service too.

Loved our stay at element. Big studio room with a nice, well equipped kitchenette and a big bathroom perfect for a small family traveling with a baby. The staff are super friendly and the buffet breakfast was fabulous. Location is perfect a 10 minute walk to klcc and central. Totally recommend this Element Kuala Lumpur by Westin.

I booked a 5 nights stay. It's a very good Element Kuala Lumpur by Westin with all amenities one would expect. The rooms are spacious, and well planned. Very good food. We went for the high tea, and even though we didn't want the dessert (my 14 yr old son thought it would get wasted, as we don't have a sweet tooth), the waiting staff said they'd pack it for us. When we refused, they insisted that we take at least a 'little bit. Nice gesture, the dessert was good too! :)

its like a small 1bhk .it had sofa , dinnind table and small kitchen setup in a big hall and a separate bedroom.both hall n bedroom had big TV. kitchen had cutlery (cups,glasses, bowl , spoon fork) oven coffee maker, bread toaster , pans for cooking. the breakfast was good but a little difficult for pute vegetarian as most of the itemw had egg. variety was too much for non vegetarian

Loved everything about this place except for the hospitality which is not up to the mark. The location is great as its just 15 mins away from petrononas and Suria KLCC by walk. We stayed at 50 the floor and got a good view of the city.
