The location of this property is extremely good. The amenities are also of very high quality. The staff service was fast and adequate and reception received us well. The restaurant Tanburi is quite good and pool facility is nice. The room lighting can be a bit better, it is a bit too ambient.

Hotel Hyatt is in very good location…nice place to stay ….we had great time ..kids were happy ..infinity swimming pool ..and the twin tower view from swimming pool and restaurant was amazing..their service was good ..overall experience was amazing 🤩

It’s a nice newer Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur with different design, big rooms with good view and all the amenities, just lobby should have more seating area to wait and to meet someone, otherwise all good
