Food quality was good but variety of food for indian vegetarian is quite limited. Service and ambience was very nice.

Very nice room and location . The is also robot services which were 24 seven and deliver water, toiletry, slippers, and other essentials whenever required. Our room was at 15th floor and from the balcony, the Pavilion Plaza visible.

I recently stayed at Ramada Suites by Wyndham, Bukit Bintang with my family for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion Mall. There are plenty of options nearby for Indian food, which made our stay even more comfortable. For party goers, the area comes alive at night with several late-night spots to chill, along with easy access to ATMs and 7-Eleven stores right around the corner. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. From our balcony on the 15th floor, we had an exceptional view of the Merdeka Tower, which was one of the highlights of our stay. A special word of appreciation for the staff who made our stay memorable. Farrhin was extremely helpful throughout our stay, Amanda in the restaurant went out of her way to ensure that food was specially prepared for our 9-year-old son, and Eunice at the reception help desk was always supportive and welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for families as well as those looking to enjoy the nightlife of Bukit Bintang.

the hotel seemed fine but there are so many guests bringing in prostitutes that you encounter in the lift/lobby area making it uncomfortable for family stay. also water was charged for and only limited to 2 bottles per day even tho we were 3 ppl

the room was exquisite clan and had a fantastic view of the 2nd tallest building from room. The staff was polite and helpful and hotel even had a service robot which was cool. the location is also great as all major attractions and metro is nearby with pubs just at walking distance. The morning breakfast was okay and can add more varieties and options.

Boss its a third class property. with bad condition of washroom and rooms. if you take breakfast you will not get instead of bread and butter. they even don't provide tea and coffee. that is extra chargeble

Excellent rooms, large, clean well appointed with all necessary requirements and real value for money. Just a few hours actually at the place. But loved the rooms and comfortable bed, clean toilets.

Property rooms are amazing spacious and well maintained. However no drinking water after 4 bottles served in a day. Food is served from outside vendor as they don’t have kitchen within hotel. Breakfast is pathetic and not valuable.
