I had an incredible stay at this hotel! **Location – 6/5** The location is absolutely unbeatable. Every major attraction is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Chinatown, metro stations, and vibrant markets are all within easy reach. **Amenities – 5/5** The room had everything I needed—an iron, geyser, slippers, lamps, and kits—plus an amazing view! It’s well-equipped for both comfort and convenience. If you're looking for a place with a perfect location and great amenities, this is the one! Highly recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights at the time of New Years Eve. It was an excellent experience we had here. The Room 1001 which has been allotted to us has a view that can never be forgotten. We must recommend this room if anyone wants to see the new year fireworks sitting from the room. The food was great, so was the staff. Rooms were big enough with all modern amenities. All the major attractions and markets are nearby. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

excellent customer service & awesome room

Location is okay but from reception to cafe bites not a good experience, very rude staff and staying in the UAE we are open to diverse cultures and tourism. But maybe here not all countries are welcomed with warmth. Praying namaz in the room just before checkout was around 8-10 minutes and already our bags were in the lobby, still they argued for a 140RM extra charge for around 15 minutes and the staff Winnie says that’s not how you give an excuse, over namaz no one uses excuses. It’s rude and very wrong behaviour insulting your previous guest in front of other guests. We felt as if we were staying in that hotel for free at the cost of the reception staff. Also there is not a place to sit and eat your food in the lobby, be it Maggi or fruits or water we are told not to eat here by the cafe staff. Even if you’re staying at the hotel you can’t eat in the lobby unless you order from BITES or Restaurant. It’s better to opt for any other hotel than having a rude Staff coming any barging on your ears all the time.

The hotel was neat and clean with very polite and helping staffs. Housekeeping on daily basis was the catch with all amenities including iron facilities and free WiFi.

Room was neat and clean and the service of the staff was excellent. From this hotel it is very easy to acces all south indian hotels.

Nice hotel in central location close to klcc. It’s on road close to pudu central and central market. Close by chinatown and bukit bintang. Although you may find rooms smaller in size but they are well equipped. Stayed for one night in between transit of kota kinabalu and flying back to hyderabad.

Excellent stay. Fully automated from check in to check out. Near to petaling market and bulit bitang. Close to to popular destination like petaling street (chinese market, court-hills ganesha temple and mahamariamman temple.

The stay was beyond our expectation. Wonderful location and very near to the pudu sentral bus terminal.

Smelly, old-fashioned, and the name of the hotel is ancasa hotel and spa, without spa.

Great location besides Pudu central so bus and metro is right there. China Town, walking street, central market and Mydin market right there.

I loved everything about this Hotel which includes location, food, service, rooms. We got a very nice room with best view of City mainly twin towers and PETRONAS tower from our window. Room are big in size, neat and clean. Well interior designed. Breakfast is really tasty and includes variety. Location is nearby little India and China Town.
