The Westin Kuala Lumpur

The hotel was very good especially its location. It is right at the heart of Bukit Bintang

Excellent experience with Westin Kuala Lumpur. We celebrated the first birthday of our son and stayed at the property for 6 nights. The staff arranged complementary amenities on his birthday which was amazing. He loved the balloons. Westin is situated at the most convenient location that one could be in. Walking distance to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang Monorail station and right across the biggest shopping mall in KL, The Pavillion mall. The staff at Westin were courteous, very helpful, breakfast spread was amazing. Didn’t get bored of the spread even though we had it for 6 days. Check in, check out were smooth, cleanliness was top notch.

We got the connected rooms and they were excellent. The baby got space to crawl around both the rooms. Hospitality is what westin means

Westin KL has contributed to loosing credibility of Marriott and Westin brand. I booked my stay at Executive suite, paying double to price of normal room for my family vacation. Westin KL was lacking basic things a guest can expect. Mini bar was empty, in room dining was charged at the time of room delivery instead of charging to my room, insufficient water supply, toiletries etc. Restaurant staff was impolite and didn’t care about clearing table . Overall very basic experience which is relatable to any 3star hotel. Initially I booked for KL and Langkawi but later cancelled for Langkawi seeing their service experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel rather explore JW Marriott or Ritz Carlton which is adjacent ones

They have charged extra rm 500 approx and not releasing the money to my credit card. I am sending mails but no response

The hotel room was very good. The location was the best. The buffet breakfast was nice but the indian selection was average. Overall i recommend this hotel

Had booked a non-smoking room but the corridor to enter the room always had nicotine smell. Even the western commode which had a door used to always get cigarette smell. Complained to the front desk and no action taken. There was a continuous noise in the ac duct which was fixed on the last day of the trip.

Hotel is very neat and clean, food is of good quality, room is neat and well maintained, staff are very polite

The location of hotel is within walking distance from all major city attractions. First time i found nice hotel staff in malaysia.

You should book an executive club access room in case you are traveling with a family it works great. Good drinks, ambiance and desserts. However they need to work on their food menu especially for vegetarians.

We traveled as a family of 3 in the last week of October. We booked a Premium city facing room and were happy with the room and view. It's a business hotel but there were many tourists as well given the prime location. The hotel is a basic 5-star property with good facilities and a great breakfast for us vegetarians as well. The upscale Pavilion Mall is right across the hotel and is a big boon. The Petronas Twin Towers are a 20m walk from the hotel through a friendly skywalk. Lots of eateries around and a very lively place. The street outside the hotel is very busy and hence both entry and exit may take an extra 10-15m when traveling by cab. Hotel staff was helpful but more business like. All in all a value for money property given the location and great breakfast.

Very clean hotel, located near malls and restaurants. Everything was perfect.

It's possibly my 20th trip to Kuala Lumpur in last few years, just stayed here because of the location, it's a pretty average property in terms of amenities, maintenance food quality etc.

Excellent room with a city view. The club lounge was excellent with a choice of vegetarian snacks. The buffet spread at breakfast was simply amazing with a wide range of Indian dishes as well as a number of freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Amazing hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and I have executive room. Which was awesome facilities like evening snacks and many more. Location is more than perfect.

Great hotel with even better staff. Made our trip awesome.
