The Westin Kuala Lumpur

We traveled as a family of 3 in the last week of October. We booked a Premium city facing room and were happy with the room and view. It's a business The Westin Kuala Lumpur but there were many tourists as well given the prime location. The The Westin Kuala Lumpur is a basic 5-star property with good facilities and a great breakfast for us vegetarians as well. The upscale Pavilion Mall is right across the The Westin Kuala Lumpur and is a big boon. The Petronas Twin Towers are a 20m walk from the The Westin Kuala Lumpur through a friendly skywalk. Lots of eateries around and a very lively place. The street outside the The Westin Kuala Lumpur is very busy and hence both entry and exit may take an extra 10-15m when traveling by cab. Hotel staff was helpful but more business like. All in all a value for money property given the location and great breakfast.

Excellent experience with Westin Kuala Lumpur. We celebrated the first birthday of our son and stayed at the property for 6 nights. The staff arranged complementary amenities on his birthday which was amazing. He loved the balloons. Westin is situated at the most convenient location that one could be in. Walking distance to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang Monorail station and right across the biggest shopping mall in KL, The Pavillion mall. The staff at Westin were courteous, very helpful, breakfast spread was amazing. Didn’t get bored of the spread even though we had it for 6 days. Check in, check out were smooth, cleanliness was top notch.

Courteous staff, amazing location and excellent food. Would be my go to place if I ever visit Kuala Lumpur again.
Excellent room with a city view. The club lounge was excellent with a choice of vegetarian snacks. The buffet spread at breakfast was simply amazing with a wide range of Indian dishes as well as a number of freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Very continent location with good clean rooms, little bit of dust and pollution problem due to constructions across the road. Food was nice but little expensive. The pavilion mall is right next to it. If you are travelling for shopping and night life then its is a good option.

You should book an executive club access room in case you are traveling with a family it works great. Good drinks, ambiance and desserts. However they need to work on their food menu especially for vegetarians.

The The Westin Kuala Lumpur room was very good. The location was the best. The buffet breakfast was nice but the indian selection was average. Overall i recommend this The Westin Kuala Lumpur

We got the connected rooms and they were excellent. The baby got space to crawl around both the rooms. Hospitality is what westin means

Amazing The Westin Kuala Lumpur. I stayed for 3 nights and I have executive room. Which was awesome facilities like evening snacks and many more. Location is more than perfect.

Hotel is very neat and clean, food is of good quality, room is neat and well maintained, staff are very polite
