Good hotel . We got twin tower view room . Breakfast was also good although bit limited veg Option . We did early check & they did happily

My stay at Seri Pacific Kuala Lumpur was a very pleasant one. The staff made sure tgat we were comfortable - excellent customer service for sure. The rooms were clean. They have a huge variety of breakfast options which cater to almost every nationality. Perfect place to stay in kuala lumpur.

Stay was good , staff was very cooperative and good . Rooms were clean the housekeeping staff was good they have their own restaurant and food there was amazing

Location was good everything was at walking distance, property was nice. Check in staff was rude and non-cooperative

seri pacific is a great hotel, and the best parts are the hotel location and staff behaviour. Hotel is located near to PWTC LRT and Putra stations and is opposite to Sunway Putra mall. Hotel staff behaviour is also good and we were provided our room almost 2hours before Checkin time, which was very much required since we were very tired because of overnight fligh

Booked this thinking it’s a luxe 5-star, but the room was dirty, sofa torn, towels rough, and flooring poor. Not family-friendly at all. Definitely not worth the rating.

The breakfast option said - Indian vegetarian options available but extremely limited options, it was marked as 5 star hotel but requires maintenance, Indian 3 stars are better than this

Quality and size of bed were not good. tap of the washroom was not working properly.. hospitality was also not that good except for one person who was very cooperating. breakfast was average only

excellent rooms. very clean and very good view. staff is super friendly. breakfast could have a few more options but I think Ramadan affected that. close enough to the city but far enough that it's not slam bang i. the middle.of KL. loved the experience and staying there again.
