I recently stayed at your Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur for three days during the Christmas holidays, and I must say it was a delightful experience overall. The room with the Petronas view was absolutely stunning and provided a truly memorable experience. However, I did have an unfortunate encounter during check-out that left me disappointed. On the day of check-out, I requested a late check-out of just 30 minutes at the reception. The manager, Ms. Maasayu, attended to me but was surprisingly rude and arrogant in her response. Her behavior lacked the courtesy and professionalism one would expect, which was disheartening. In contrast, the rest of the staff displayed excellent hospitality. They were polite, approachable, and handled situations with grace. Some even came to speak with me kindly afterward, but by then, I had already opted to check out early due to the unpleasant interaction with Ms. Maasayu. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the high standards your Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur is known for and ensuring that all guests receive the warm and respectful service they deserve.

seri pacific is a great Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and the best parts are the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur location and staff behaviour. Hotel is located near to PWTC LRT and Putra stations and is opposite to Sunway Putra mall. Hotel staff behaviour is also good and we were provided our room almost 2hours before Checkin time, which was very much required since we were very tired because of overnight fligh

Serai pacific Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur is centrally located in kuala lumpur and connected to train stations and a mall. Room was spacious and comfortable and we had an excellent view of petronas towers. Only inconvenience was there was no hot water in bathroom. Otherwise i rate this Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur a 5 star on all other aspects, including excellent breakfast.

excellent rooms. very clean and very good view. staff is super friendly. breakfast could have a few more options but I think Ramadan affected that. close enough to the city but far enough that it's not slam bang i. the middle.of KL. loved the experience and staying there again.
