How this hotel got 4 star rating ? It's a 1 star hostel. Location is good but no hygiene. No quality control. Horrible housekeeping. Dirty blood stained bedsheets & blankets, cobwebs everywhere, stained floors, dirty walls even inside room, lack of enough blankets, they charge extra for a bottle of drinking water. They expect 2 ppl to share 1 towel and 1 blanket. Electric wall sockets exposed along with mains wiring. Room access card keeps failing. Maintenance guy comes and tells u to stop complaining and adjust bcos room is cheaper than other hotels. Balcony door faulty, no proper maintenance. Spiders everywhere.

They have given microwave, but no plates. Everything is paid, even coffee pouches. I wish I have stayed in the next one - wyandam

Very poor service by the hotel, for basic things like drinking water bottles and soap in the toilet, the hotel was taking 30-45mins to deliver & that too after multiple reminders. The majority of staff were unable to communicate in english, which was quite surprising & disappointing. The breakfast layout was very limited and tasteless. In veg they were just serving frozen items like Samosa and fries (like macain) which was a shame. Their coffee machines were unable to deliver hot coffee as they didn’t have option of steam. I would not like to stay at this property again even if it is offered at 3000/- per room night in future. I would rate this property 1 on 10.

Wyndham Property was fantastic, we got an upgrade as well to their newer property in the same complex - Wyndham Majestic and the experience was great

Terrible stay and services none of the hotel staff was ready to listen or help. Window panes dirty rooms stinking and they are even charging for basic toiletries like a toothbrush soap and all never ever will suggest this hotel to anyone

Room is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities. Property is also beautiful! perfect for family stays. You can find many cafes, restaurants and marts inside the hotel.

The property is very good. neat and clean. in house cafe , restaurant are very good. Good breakfast. Even they have 2 to 3 Indian vegetarian items in breakfast in house Indian restaurant Pearls of India is excellent

It was nice but the hotel was too big and confusing. Too many towers and entrances

First upon this hotel is very far from main gate of genting. Second in this hotel there was no hot water and afterwards there was no water for bath also. I strictly recommend not to book this hotel.

Very poor house keeping and reaching by call in reception is very deficult even they are provided tea and milk, sugar, coffee trays on the counter i cont undersatnd how the authority given 5 star rating terrible

Grand ion delemen we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with kids. The rooms were very spacious, specially the kids room had bunk bed which made the stay very comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this if travel-ling with kids

Rooms untidy staff poor zero service and everything is very poor no one is ready to cooperate even with spider web in the room

Overall a pathetic experience ! reaching the main lobby is confusing. You need to shift towers and lifts to reach your room. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The staff was not very cordial. They either said no or demanded money even for water bottle and toiletries. Cleanliness was an issue in the entire hotel, right from room ceiling, to glass windows to lifts and corridors

Location is good, services bad, smelly rooms, took 3 rooms same price, but all 3 rooms were different category. No one wanted to even listen. In one service apartment the was no wifi, other had to phone, third didn't have king bed which we booked
