The stay was nice and the staff was very friendly. The bus and tram station is nearby only. The hotel also has a roof top hotel but it is only open till 7 PM

The stay was good, average sized pool with good view but they hurried us to check out by 11:30 so that deducted the point for me.

The rooms were ok, but staff was rude and unprofessional, food was fine but little options for vegetarian

The hotel is one of the oldest in kl yet managed to be modern with a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the cities tall towers. Was reasonable budget but will get expensive soon. Great of holiday makers who want great photos. Services and breakfast is average a and best compared to 3 star. Rooms are very good and modern but with basic amenities ok. Extra charges for extra water bottles which i found hotel staff trying to squeeze money. Check in can never be before 3 pm as demand for the hotel is high due to prime location near monorail and metro stations. Petronas tower is 15 min walk. Staff is helpful to a degree. It was once considered kls landmark hotels before skyscrapers got built. Near by 5 stars are very expensive and so this is best for a budget traveller who wants to look like he is staying at a expensive hotel. 1 more thing from 1 jan 2023 onward s malaysia govt. Introduce 10% tax per room per night.

they have charged a deposit of 2000rs. stay was good 👍🏻 but the behaviour of the staff was not up to mark may be due to language issues

Staff is average, they are not helping in nature.

Very bad house keeping, toilets smells badly.

Its our second visit to Wp Hotel. We went with lot of expectations but it's not that much worth as our safe didn't work properly during our stay. We complained about that but no reaction took from hotel side till we check-out. We faced issues due to that as we cant travel with all our valuable items. And one more is very noisy tragedy bike rides at mid night. Next important is our bathroom door not in working conditions from day one. We complained as usual but not rectified till day 15. Positive side as follows. Cleaning, room service are superb. Good location. Ac has to be improved.

Great staff in hotel all facility is available and nice view roof of top in hotel good service nice room I was this hotel better than another.

Room not well cleaned, not attentive, behavior not satisfying, food is good, service too bad. Waited a long time for check in, 1 hour time in reception, at least a cup of coffee is appreciable. Terrible.

Hotel location is good, smoke free hotel with fire safety available.

Hotel is 1 km away from twin towers, and from room half twin tower is only visible since there is a construction going on for a new building in between. Overall good Hotel but there are many other options available at more reasonable rates. Also swimming pool is roof top but very small, which makes it congested.

Hotel had their WiFi and air conditioning in operational for a week. Not informed even while checking in. Please ask at the time of check-in if they have a working AC and WiFi.

Walking distance to the metro Station and definitely a very affordable to stay. Loved the infinity pool on the terrace. Very helpful staff, very cordial. Even though it's on the corner of a very busy street, no sound can be heard in the room. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Very good stay, location, service. Located core in the City of Kuala Lumpur City. Near to most attractions.

I enjoyed there, swimming pool was also good but need to clean daily.
