Terrible experience . Too many hassles checking in . Check out 11 is too early . Never ever u will stay there again

Nice location & neat and clean ambiance. Over all experience was good. Mainly location situated near by major tourist attractions.

Good for the price, was a 1 night stay. Allowed early check-in because of the child.

Swiss garden residence is a great place to stay, centrally located, and with easy access to a lot of places of interest in kl. The stay was great, my only issue was that even though we had booked our room a day in advance since we were reaching early in the morning, there were no provisions for us to go to our room immediately on arrival. We had to wait for 3 hours till someone arrived at the reception and then checked us in. The person in the other tower was least bit interested in helping us out in anyways and kept telling us to speak to our mm t agent and sort things out. At 4. 45 am, that isn't something one looks forward to.

Place is very cozy. But would appreciate if drinking water was provided and fresh bath towels each day

No room service. I had taken four days room. In that four days no room service no service boy is there i am very much disappointed and no land line to communicate

The worst service is that i do not recommend this hotel ac not working and it's safe place and everything nearly to shopping and activities

Lovely place to stay with friends or family, all the tourist places of kl are very near from this residence.

We did the booking with the -2 meal option at make my trip, but proper doesn’t have food facility, if so then why make my trip is offering booking with food, and taking extra charges, i need my refunds of food not available.

The location was so beautiful and the best hotels stay everything is nearby by Petronas towers and Bukit Bintang area for shopping and it is convenient to go to little india only on this is a bad daily not clearing room that is only bad thing everything is good

I have enjoyed my trip in this Hoel but one thing I want to say my check-in time was 3 Pm and as I reached early around 10 Am and one of the staff from Hotel charged me extra more and the same happened while checking out my check-out time was 12 Pm and I wanted to check out after 6 Pm he charged me extra which I didn't like at all.

The hotel was good, The room was really good.

This hotel was quiet expensive compared to others in vicinity. The main advantage is the central location in busy shopping/tourist area. Rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. However the receptionists were not helpful and the WiFi was very poor in higher level rooms. The concierge never handled our baggage. For a hotel/furnished apartment with almost hundreds of rooms there is only one concierge. The channels in the TV were very limited.

Nice hotel. Specially room was awesome, size was big with all amenities. Rooftop swimming pool was awesome

Just morning section there are too noisy the worker keep chatting with very loud voice.

Overall experience was fantabulous. Cleaned, perfect service, location and view was amazing. Would love to stay again.
