Hotel rooms are very smelly and its enterance system is very poor. We are entering from backend of hotel

It was good a property with lush green views in the heart of the city. Very well managed by the Wodages and a must recommend

I booked this hotel. Booking confirmed. Once i reached hotel by 11pm. The hotel management told me the rooms are full and over booking After multiple arguments also no use. During my discussion, one couple came and asked for room availability and they got room and they filled details for check in. Really worst behaviour from febexpress hotel. Highly not recommended for solo, family or friends to this hotel.

So the hotel is good but they didn’t provide the service so good staff is good but the management is not like my room ac has problems and my toilet had leaking problems and they didn’t clean room on daily basis and so on. I want my refund because of ny suffering in the hotel

This place doesn’t have anyone to help with the baggage and it’s not easy to carry from one block to other. There is no one to approach for any kind of assistance or help with the rooms. U need to message the host and it will take hours to get it done. Cleaning will be done only if insisted and wifi doesn’t work. It’s not stroller friendly has well. The deposit amount was not refunded has the office was closed when we checked out and they told us it will be sent to account.
